Perfect lay out for our family! The kids loved being able to ride their bikes to the beach. The beach is a public beach and more crowded than what we’ve experienced the last two years at Hilton Head. We loved the location. Not so much traffic but easy access to restaurants and entertainment!

Home was recently updated inside. The pictures in the VRBO listing do not do it justice. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom. Parking for up to four cars underneath the building. Pool is pleasant. There is a covered porch, but it can be buggy outside. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Beach wagon and some beach chairs are provided. Two areas are available for sitting, reading, and playing games.

We liked it so much that we will return next year!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location to beach, stores, restaurants, etc. was excellent. Julie was very helpful and always responded to any email I sent before our trip quickly. Very clean and great place for a group to vacation at. I hope to be a return visitor!

Perfect for our family. The main bedroom is downstairs and separate from the others which worked perfectly for us, the grandparents. The front porch was so relaxing and had enough seating to enjoy early morning coffee and evening cocktails. The kitchen had enough space for food preparation for large group as well as a pantry for food storage. We rented bikes which made trips to beach so easy. The Hilton Head Trolley stop is across the street which made for a great excursion to get ice cream with grandkids. Overall great accommodations and great location. Julie was quick to respond to our needs and a terrific host!

We had a wonderful time. House was close to the beach and had everything we needed. We had one small issue and the owner took care of it immediately that night. Nice to have a caring owner.

Will definitely stay again. Short walk to the beach. Quiet place.

The property was great. Description of beach walk being just across the street was a little stretched but overall not a horrible walk. Once we got to the walkway it was awesome ha ing it go all the way to the beach. Property owner was great communicating and is totally right about once we get there we want to stay longer! It was a Great fun filled stay and can’t wait to rent it again!

We are a group of 6 ladies visiting Hilton Head . Some were on the island for a conference ,and some where friends there to enjoy the Sun . Julie’s property was perfect in every way for our group .There are plenty of lovely bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. The living space is perfect for a group this size . Parking was covered and ample spaces . A nice pool and hot tub right out your door . Easy walk to a fabulous beach . Julie ,the owner ,was amazing to work with and meet our every need . I would most definitely come back to this little piece of heaven !

Julie was fantastic at answering questions super quick. Overall the house was nice with lots of great light in the downstairs common area. I wish we would have been left with more than one dishwasher pod and the soap in the kitchen was basically empty, but all of the bathrooms were stocked well and we had plenty of towels. The pool was great and we were able to use some beach chairs and a pool noodle from the beach shed. Overall a great place to stay!

We stayed for a week with 10 people - 8 adults and 2 children. Plenty of space and having the four bedrooms and 4.5 baths was awesome. Owner was great to work with and helped with things to do in the area. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Pool and hot tub were heated which was helpful in the middle of March. Would definitely recommend to others!

Property was great and host was always quick to get back k to us and very helpful. I would highly recommend our condo stay.

A beautiful spacious home. By far my favorite thing was the front porch. It felt like you were in a private jungle. Loved the home had a bathroom for each bedroom plus a half bath. Lovely kitchen with lots of cookware. Had 8 people in our group and there was plenty of space. Owner very available if anything was needed. Looking forward to coming again!

We loved everything about this place! It was a perfect fit for our family! With a bathroom in every room there was lots of space to get ready and it made it easy with little ones. We had little time to watch tv but there were tvs in each room if we wanted them. The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach. And sits next to an awesome golf course. My husband and boys played twice in the week! The house came equipped with Beach chairs and sand toys. We had a small issue with the locks and the owner was quick to respond and get us what we needed. She was great to work with! The pool was right outside the front area and we could see our family as they played. Hilton head is a wonderful place to visit. We would gladly rent here again!!

The location is great for families with a pool and playground right outside the villa, the beach a short distance away, and tons of other activities, restaurants and grocery stores a short drive away. The booking process was seamless with thorough info provided leading up to the trip and Julie, the property owner, was so friendly and responsive. The house also had so many basics stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, linens, etc.) which was nice. One of the best experiences I had at a Vrbo!

Property is spacious, good for a group/ family. Little walk to the beach. Pool on premises is convenient.overall a good experience.

This property was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the amenities we had at the villa we stayed at. A pool for the kids which they enjoyed. The gas grill was handy. All four rooms were fine and had a bathroom and tv. They had games and books available. They also had a shed with 3 beach chairs and boogie board and miscellaneous items. They kitchen table was big enough to seat everyone. The drying hooks on the porch was handy. We would recommend this place for a family vacation.

This was our first VRBO rental and Julie made it so easy!! Description of the property was spot on. The location is centrally located on the island. Beach access was a short walk away. "Check in" was super easy using the electronic lock. We appreciated all of the instructions and labels on the lights. Thanks again, Julie, for sharing your home away from home.

Fenomenal .. golf experience, will repeat the area

Stayed for a week in April. Julie supplied us with all the needed information well before check-in. Just entered the code and right into vacation mode. The kitchen was well supplied, though one of the outside grills was broken. The condo had enough bedrooms and bathrooms so we could have alone time away from the group when needed. We rented bikes and rode along the many paths and down to the beach many times. I would definitely recommend 7 Lyons for your next trip to Hilton Head Island!

We had a great stay at 7 Lyons. The location was perfect for a quick walk to the beach for the afternoon. It was a bonus to have a heated pool in April too! For our group the layout was a good fit with each bedroom having its own bath. We would definitely stay again if we visit Hilton head in the future.

We enjoyed the home and we will be back!

We were traveling with 3 families and 2 small children. Perfect setup with plenty of room for family time and everyone had their own private bath. Very clean! This unit has recently changed ownership and the new made the transition seamless.

We had an excellent time at Lyons #7! Beautiful place!

The house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. They did a lot of recent updates to the kitchen, dining and living rooms. House was well stocked with all useful appliances, books, games, beach toys, etc. We Loved how every bedroom had an on suite bathroom. It felt just like home. We had a total of 11 people, which included 5 adults and 6 kids ranging in ages 8-17 and we didn’t feel at all crowded. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening cocktails on the deck. The only thing, that is more of the cleaning crews fault was that the floor looked as though they didn’t do a very good job of vacuuming or mopping. Floors were sandy and the pantry floor had crumbs from previous guests. Other than that, everything else was very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay at The Lyons 7 again!! Thank you for allowing us to rent your beach house for the week.

This is the second time spending our vacation in 7 Lyons. We love this unit because of its entire setup for a family with little children and adults. The pool is gated, we had a bedroom for each family and the beach is a quick walk. Vicki is wonderful to work with and returned my text when I had a question. I highly recommend!!

We loved it here, it was beautiful the owner was extremely helpful and it was a great place to stay!

Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. All the rooms big with beautiful bathrooms. Close to beach and everything fun!! Loved the front porch.

We enjoyed our stay at the captioned property - we had 10 people - 6 adults and 4 children at the house. The unit is well set-up for a family gathering, and the kids particularly enjoyed the heated pool, ocean was still on the cool side. We would recommend the property to anyone looking to have a family gathering with bedrooms on the 3rd floor level (bottom level was covered parking) where the children can go to bed, but the adults can enjoy the evening.on the second level.

We had a great time in this very pretty, updated villa. I would definitely recommend for families as well as 4 couples. Lots of space to spread out or come together.
