The location was great, within mins of all the shops yet far enough off the main road it was quiet, only draw back was it is in a dead zone for cell phone service that being said the wifi worked great so the no cell service thing really wasnt a big deal i would stay again

Mobile home was nice and well stocked with essentials for a great stay. All we needed were included for linens, towels, kitchen supplies. TV's and games also. The only thing I would've liked is a coffee maker. There are coffee houses close by but I like having a coffee when I get up without having to leave.

The house was very clean The kitchen was well equipped Jon was always available if need Iwill be back again

Properly was filthy. It wreaked of animals the moment you walked in the door. The refrigerator was disgusting. I started cleaning shelves that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Half eaten food and beverage were in there. The walls were splattered with filth and stains. The TV/Internet kept going out so we had nothing. Sinks were also filthy and disgusting.. Some red substance in the bathroom sink along with curly hairs, not sure what it all was but we cleaned it. Dirty clothes on the floor and on the back of the door of the bathroom. (Not ours) Worst part was there was rodents. We did not stay. We could not stay, it also did not feel safe. Masking tape on a hole in the kitchen floor. It looked like it was used as a hangout for teenagers. I cannot stress enough how bad it was and we have been VRBO customers for years. We did not, could not sleep there, contacted the owner told him we were leaving and asked for a complete refund. Lesson learned here.

This place is so perfectly located in the main stretch of North Conway. I was there for work this stay but couldn’t be more happy with the condition and location of this stay. Hidden Gem!!!

Was able to cook my meals in and not dine out for 10 days. Easy to get to.

We stayed here for a New Year's skiing vacation. The home was cozy (heat works well), clean and well maintained. It came with plenty of basic supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels soap (bar soap and dish soap), first aid kit. The TV is a Roku smart TV with plenty of apps to use. The housekeeper was very helpful, we appreciate the timely removal of the garbage and cleaning the snow. The house location is close to the major area attractions, shopping, skiing, hiking, etc. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and we hope to come again in the nearest future.
