Everyone had a great time. Place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the pool table. TVs all over the place. Mosquitoes were a pain. Should consider spraying the yard.

Our entire family had a great time at this home… the pool was a hit with all from 1 year old to grandparents. Home was very clean and neighborhood was very nice. Area feels safe and was quiet.would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Hollywood for a family getaway to relax and spent time together. It was a great location close to the beach and restaurants. Loved the saltwater pool and patio area. The house was very clean and had a modern minimalistic feel. The beds were comfy and private. The kitchen had the basics with pans, dishes and utensils. It was nice having the grill to cookout on and a blender to make smoothies. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Alex for the hospitality!

This property and community is breathtaking. The home is better than the pictures. It is clean and there is plenty of space. Also, the pool view from the downstairs bedrooms is beautiful. As spacious as it was, it still had a cozy feeling. The appliances are modern and easy to use. Also, the property managers are super helpful and responsive. I want to plan my next visit ASAP.

Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood. The family enjoyed being together under one roof. The pool and deck was such a bonus. We spent alot of time there. It was a quick 5 min drive to Walmart and about the same time to the beach. Any time we needed anything, property management came right away. Thanks for a memorable stay! Would stay again.

This was a great property with all the amenities. The kids lived the pool space. The unscreened porch was nice to relax and watch the kids. The washer and dryer were super handy for towels and throw in a load.
The location was great. You are off the beaten path but close to the beach, a grocery store, coffee shops and etc. I recommend!

Thank you for the stay. Great property, great pool. We could have stayed in the pool all day.
Some of the pots and pans were older, they came with all new kitchen cookware! Great service. Last minute I needed a play pen and high chair with gate. They arranged it.
A few things which I would have liked: beach stuff, a few pool toys.
Also there are no rugs anywhere so it was difficult for baby to crawl and walk.

We had 3 families staying at this location. It's a 5 minute drive to nearly anything, including the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Kitchen was large enough to cook without issue (fridge and freezer space). Pool table room was a little too small to really play pool in, but the kids (teens) still had fun. The pool itself was nice to lounge in or beside. Clean & well-kept property.

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate with us for our quick escape from snow, this house did not disappoint! We had 2 families with a total of 5 kids who enjoyed 4 nights here. Great location, quick drive to the beach but also great outdoor space with spacious and heated (for free!) pool. They also provide a great starter supply of necessities which was so helpful. Kitchen fully stocked, propane grill, lots of towels and TVs everywhere. Quick communication throughout our stay. Definitely would go back!

Our entire family from grandparents to kids enjoyed our stay at the house. It was plenty of space for all 10 of us. The boys enjoyed going into the heated pool eventhough it wasn't the best weather. All day and all night 😁! We will definitely stay again.

This rental is as advertised. We had six grandchildren with us for two weeks, plenty of room. The pool and patio just outstanding. Very, very clean! We've done this a number of years now; I would rate this rental the very best. ali

Perfectly good condition property with a very good size outdoor pool! We had a larger group of different ages and this house worked great for every single person in the family! From our 75 year old grandpa to our 1 year old son! Everyone enjoyed the safety of the house and especially the pool! Plenty of seating room indoor and outdoor as well! Comfortable beds!
The only downside lack of pool towels but you can bring your own!

The house was very clean , beautiful, the host responded very quickly to everything, the pool was amazing we came while it was a bit chilly for a few days and didn’t think we would swim but the pool was heated and we ended up swimming the whole week… overall we loved our stay :)

The curb appeal at first glance is modest. We lived in 1341 Funston Street in Hollywood Florida for the month of July. When the front door was opened we were thrilled and amazed! The open floor plan gave us an experience of spacious welcome! The five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The wonderfully cleaned and sanitized home made weekly upkeep by our housekeeper effortless. The pool and spa were glorious. We prayed a Blessing upon the house before we left for the Families who would live there after us. We count the home among the Blessings the Lord gifted us with. Thank you.

It is a relaxed, calm neoghbourhood, the apartment is new, and perfect even for 10+ people, clean, well equipped, wifi, lots of tvs, we loved to play snooker, the kids loved the pool.

Modernly updated property in Hollywood Beach area, 5 minutes drive to the very nice Hollywood Beach. Publix close by. South Beach is 40-50 minutes away. 15-20 minutes away from Aventura Mall.
