This property was well-maintained and the management company responded immediately to a small issue that we had. The view from the balcony was so beautiful and we enjoyed our stay so much!

We enjoyed our visit … this was the first time during whale season … wow!! Great views of breaching whales from our lanai!! The unit was as described. As a short term rental host myself, I feel the policy of NOT providing the essentials should be reviewed. All in all- a wonderful visit and highly recommend.

On the quiet end of the beach in Kihue, Koa Lagoon was the perfect place for our vacation! The complex was well maintained and the staff were friendly and conscientious. We will definitely stay here again the next time we go to Maui!

The condo is in a good location with an amazing Oceanfront sunset view!!! The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The shower in the second bathroom is really cramped and for my personal preference it was unusable. It's so small the shower curtain is pressed against you the whole time. The window in the other tub/shower was extremely dirty/dusty as if it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The lanai was also really dirty. Lots of standing dirt and on the floor. It wasn't bad enough to call and complain, but considering the high cleaning fee added to the rental it should be spotless.Overall, I would definitely stay here again, but I would count on only one shower and ask to confirm the cleanliness of the questionable areas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and found we had everything we needed. Our family of five was looking for a homebase from which to explore Maui, that would also be comfortable for us when we were not out and about. This location and unit were perfect. A great view of the ocean, a beautiful yard, a good kitchen with all the essentials, and comfortable beds. The management team was responsive and helpful at all times. And the location was so close to all the shops, restaurants, beaches and activities of Kehei! We would definitely stay there again. :)

The location was great, you’re closer to the ocean than how it looks in the photos which is great. Very well stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. Also, the closet is nicely stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers.Nice having working AC since the sun sets right on the patio, it gets warm. I would give a five star but there were some things could be done to make it worth a five star. Some of the walls should be repainted entirely instead of touched up because you see different splotches of where the touch up was and it doesn’t look nice. Patio furniture is very stained and dirty…either a washing or replacing would make it more enjoyable to sit on. The overall condo was clean (floors, beds, counters) but you can see the traffic of prints where people touch to shut the doors and also the door frames had these dark spots too. The dust in the window screens (especially the master bath) was caked on so when you’re eye level with this while showering, it’s not pleasant to see. The wall where the kitchen sink is had splatter on it as well as the hanging photo. There were little bugs in the kitchen that looked like ants but I don’t know what they were for sure because they had wings and could jump but we kept most of the food in the fridge or cabinets so it wasn’t a problem. These these were not deal breakers as we very much enjoyed our stay here. Just wanted to point them out so the owner is aware to hopefully correct and make better for future guests.

Overall, the property was very nice. This this property had a little more road noise than expected, but we normally stay in the Napili area which is a little more remote. It was decorated well and had everything you would need. Thank you!

This is a very nice spacious condo with a lovely view of the ocean and a nice beach. Well supplied with amenities. Appreciated the lawn chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Although it is located on the main beach road, it is about 1 km or mile in either direction to get to shopping, so too far to walk in the heat, but only a 3 to 5 minute drive, so best to have a rental car for this location.

Had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed our stay at this condo. The scenery was amazing and the condo was a nice vacation home.

We had a wonderful stay at this unit and as described the views are amazing. I got up early each morning to watch the sun come up over the mountain. The grounds are beautiful and kept well. Location was great and accessible to every beach or location we wanted to go to. Great communication with property manager and would definitely stay there again.

The view from the balcony was just SPECTACULAR! A lot of restaurants nearby. One of the shower was very small and some ants inside condo, but otherwise the condo was kept very clean and in great shape. Thank you for a memorable stay.

My friends and I stayed in Maui for a short vacation and the location is very ideal and convenient. It was nice to have air conditioning in the condo and have two bathrooms when traveling in groups. We would stay here again, highly recommend. The view from the balcony every morning was spectacular.

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was clean and comfortable and quiet! This area of beach is shallow and the surf wasn’t as rough as a few of the other areas we had stayed at so good for little kiddos. Restaurants and grocery very close! We also enjoyed going to the state park beach (Makena State Park) for the day.

This condo was exactly as described. The main living area is very open and beautiful with an amazing view. Having air conditioning in the bedrooms is a huge plus. We were so appreciative of having tons of beach gear-4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and 2 coolers! This is a wonderful place for families.

Property manager was very responsive to a couple of small maintenance issues. Ocean view is fabulous! AC works very well when needed. Well stocked kitchen. Mahalo!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! Each couple was able to have a bathroom with shower and there were chairs, mats and beach towels to use. They even had a cooler. There was a large balcony off of the kitchen and living area from which we enjoyed watching the whales in the bay! It was a welcomed surprise in mid-March. Early morning walks close by on the beach included turtle viewing, another treat. We would consider staying here again.

The location is great with very good beach access and the views and grounds are beautiful! Good access to the highway and stores. Our first week in Hawaii was in Lahaina and based on that location and the rental rate there, this place seems overpriced. The condo needs attention by the cleaning staff as we found cobwebs, windows and interior doors were dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned in some time. We had bought a box of donuts the first morning and by the afternoon, there were ants in the box which reiterates the need for better cleaning.

We loved our stay at KOA Lagoon. The view from the large lanai was spectacular and the condo was clean and well furnished. The property is very well maintained and the staff are friendly. Perfect for our family.

Koa Lagoon is conveniently located, and the grounds and beach are beautiful. The condo is in nice shape and well-equipped. The property management company did a really good job of communicating both proactively and responsively when we reached out with questions.

Beautiful sunsets!

Wonderful property in perfect location. Check-in was effortless. Everything was on for us and very welcoming. Condo has beautiful view of ocean and grounds. The air conditioner and ceiling fans kept the condo so pleasant. Will be back!
