Wonderful visit to Hilton Head! The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed Singleton Beach, not too crowded. The house was very clean and well maintained. The beach towels, beach equipment, and beach shuttle were much appreciated! Nicole was a great host!

Just stayed at Nicole’s home for a family vacation and it was wonderful! The home was just as described and equipped with all we needed during our stay. We really appreciated the extra beach equipment that is there to use. The house is spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 9. The private beach access was wonderful, as we could see other areas were very crowded. It was nice having the beach shuttle service but the walk was also reasonable at just over 10 minutes. Nicole was a great host and kept us updated throughout our stay!

What a wonderful vacation! If we come back to Hilton Head with a large group we will try to stay here again. It was a pleasant 10 minute walk to the beach. Some used bikes and locked them up at the bike rack by the beach. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, it was clean, classy and beautiful. The communication was excellent as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was my first experience renting with VRBO and everything could not have gone smoother! The property manager communicated proactively, the house was available for occupancy earlier than expected, and all aspects of the home were as advertised. We had a wonderful time and will continue to use VRBO for family vacations

This house was perfect and was an amazing way to spend our kids spring break. Communication with the owner was fantastic. The bathrooms in the house are huge except for the middle floor bathroom, which wasn't a problem at all. The heated pool was exactly what we needed and the walk to the beach we short and sweet for our kids ages (5-8). We are already planning a trip back next year.

House was very spacious and kitchen had most everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving dinner. Close enough to everything we wanted to do. Beds were soft and comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool! Communication with owner was great! Would love to rent this house again.

House was super clean and well appointed. Host was super responsive and even called to check in. Plenty of room. Beds are comfy. Great sitting areas for coffee in the AM and drinks in the eve. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood.

The house is very well equipped and a good location close to the beach. There four large bedrooms and each with a large bath. The kitchen is very well equipped. The water in the pool was quite cool and there is an extra fee to heat the water.

Clean, comfy and just right!
We loved the house and the location. Easy bike ride to beach. Easy bike ride to Kilwins and putt putt. House was so comfortable and easy. Well equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and great cooling off pool. Communication with property owner/manager was great. We had no issues whatsoever. I would gladly rent again. Highly recommended!!

Great beach house!
This house was great for a family beach getaway! Everything was very clean. The rooms are all very spacious- including the bathrooms. The downstairs pool/patio area was really nice to relax by. The garage is stocked with goodies/games too if it's raining or if you need to get out of the sun for a bit. The walk to the beach is a little far if you have kiddos in tow, but we just ended up doing some drop offs and that worked out great. Would definitely stay here again!

Family March break
The house is large with lots of rooms and beds. All rooms have en suites. The pool in the backyard was so much fun to hang out. Didn’t use the fire pit but it would have been awesome to hang out in the evenings. Property managers very friendly and helpful. Suggestion for the info binder: walking directions to the beach and the playground and maybe a map of the area. We ended up inside the resort next door and used the boardwalk to get to the beach but got locked in the resort! Another suggestion: Keurig coffee machine. Otherwise - highly recommend this place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

great location.. about 10 min walk to beach, plenty to do, property very clean! enjoyed the ping pong and fire pit!, spacious! loved sitting on the porches, comfy, owners very responsive and flexible! pictures accurately represent property… would definitely stay again! fun fun

Enjoyable Stay!
Our family joined friends for a very enjoyable stay. Great location! Convenient to stores, restaurants, and walking distance to public beach access. The home includes all of the amenities, outfitted with cookware, entertainment, plenty of space, outside seating, and perfect deco items contributing to a very pleasant visit.

Great Property - Highly Recommend!
We enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head! This property, a short walk from the beach and a short drive from several of Hilton Head’s golf courses, fit all of our needs for the weekend. The home was everything we were expecting and more, and the property managers were super easy to communicate with! Would definitely stay at again!
