Stay was amazing!!! Everything was great, place was fun to hang around with a big enough group and not be so cramped. Host is amazing and sweet, always responding to all inquiries quick. Everything you need is at home just go to the store and stock up!!

Nice to decouple after a fun day on the strip and cool down in the pool

There were several things that were not updated or up to standards. Other visitors property was left ar the home. The pool was dirty and not operable. The back fence was old and broken. The shed was run down. The towels were still in the dryer and no wash cloths.

Everything we needed
Beautiful home. This home was spacious and clean with many beds.
The kitchen was equipped and it had everything we needed. We were not allowed to have music outside which was a bummer since the pool is a nice relaxing area with some tunes. The TV wad hard till get used ti, it was an older version of what we are used to. We would recommend and come back for a future stay!

Nice and quiet getaway!
Loved our stay! It is close enough to everything that it is a short drive or Uber, in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Odelya makes sure that you have everything you need during your stay, I have never had such a kind and caring host!

Everything is perfect from the day when we arrived till we leaving . We can’t say something more than the word : WONDERFUL! Great location
The location was close to the strip. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The house looks as pictured and was great for our size group. The host was responsive to questions and made sure we were doing well. Would definitely recommend!

A great place to stay
I was hesitant to stay here because of one of the reviews which is a shame because this place was great. The area and neighborhood were quiet and we felt safe. We walked to restaurants and gas station during the day and had no problems. The host was great and everything was simple and easy checking in and out. A Uber ride to the strip is about an average $20 for 4 people which isn't bad. We would stay here again.

Ok property questionable neighborhood
The property photographs well but is just a poorly flip. The neighborhood isn’t good at all, we had $3000 worth of items stolen while someone was sleeping in the house. The house is clearly being watched because it happened shortly after one part of our group left. I would stay away from this one and book elsewhere.

Just what you expect
The house is just as pictured . Easy check in process and the house communicated with us the entire time . If I had any negative thing is that the house does not have a microwave which seems would be pretty standard .

Beautiful home & sweet owner
Odelya was so sweet, so accommodating and quick to respond. The home was beautifully updated. We came with a family of 11 people and the home fit my family perfectly. Everything was functional in the home and never had to bother with the owner once. We will definitely come back here again since it was only 10-15 mins away from the strip and 45 mins away from Lake Mead. My parents fell in love with the home and asked if the owner would sell it to us LOL. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us, Odelya!
