Overall the place was in a great location, management company was very flexible and accommodating. House was perfect for many people with areas to feel like there is a lot of space. The cart rental place next door gave us great deals on rentals. We had a wonderful time together. Negatives were: cleanliness (especially assuming all guests remit a large cleaning fee like we did), the towel’s being old and something you would use for cleaning not personal use, in need of updates, there were no extra blankets and the beds were very noisy and not comfortable in almost every one of the bedrooms.

We have a large family and every November we all have a family get together in Port Aransas and need a big house for everyone. This place was perfect. Everyone I enjoyed it here. There was lots of room for everyone. We will be back. Thanks.

Hosts were very flexible and helpful accommodating our friends as they arrived until the house was ready. Everything was just as described. When we had a minor issue with the pool Bobbi came out ASAP to help fix it. Excellent communication thru every part of the rental process.

The house was amazing and our family group of 17 people were very comfortable staying here. We actually had one bunk room we didn’t use! Everything was very clean and everything functioned as it should. The property manager was very accommodating with every request we had. They were quick to respond and the service they provided was great! We loved the pool and spent time in it every night, we just wish it had been a little warmer. The property manager did try to turn the heat up but for some reason during our stay it never felt more than maybe 80 degrees at best even though the heater was set to 86. My guess would be that their heater isn’t registering the right temp and needs to be fixed. Our first night at the house in the upstairs area we saw quite a few roaches around the living room and kitchen areas. After talking with the property manager they sent out their pest company to spray and we did see a reduction in the amount of roaches we were seeing during our stay. They said that there can be palm tree roaches that come around this time a year but regardless it’s definitely not something you want to see when vacationing. For good measure we put all of our clothes in the dryer on high when we made it home. Overall this house was amazing at accommodating our large group and the property manager was very accomodating so we would definitely stay here again if we do another family reunion in Port Aransas.

It was a great vacation! The house was able to comfortably accomodate all of our family. Our children enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Our hosts were attentive, fast to respond to all of my questions and to resolve concerns. Thank you for a great stay.

Loved this property. A great place for our large group. Bobbi met us when we arrived and pointed out all the great things in this house. Plenty of space for all ages to hang out. We ate, we swam, we went to the beach. It was an amazing weekend. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

We were impressed with the house. Only downside is how busy the streets are next to the house.

There are no closets in the rooms. The road is very busy that it is located on. But otherwise a great house!!! We enjoyed it.

18 Family members joined us on this trip to Port Aransas. Age ranges from 12 to 70+. The house is perfect! Super close to the beach, the private pool and game rooms kept everyone entertained morning, noon and night. Plus directly behind the home is the best priced golf cart rental in Port A. The property managers were incredibly fast when we had one off requests. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! We are looking forward to continuing this annual trip!

The house was perfect for us. We had 20 adults and 7 children. The bedrooms fit us perfectly. The house is a close and easy walk to the beach. The beach is great. Lots of room. Everyone enjoyed the pool - morning, noon, and night. The location was very convenient to stores and restaurants. Our 6 year old grandson is ready to go back.

We had our entire family and a lot of friends come in to celebrate our daughters wedding. The home is perfect, location to the beach the location and although the weather was cold the pool was heated so the kids had some swim time! Prefect place!!! Thank tou

This property was everything that was advertised. It was clean, comfortable and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. It has easy access to souvenir shopping, convenience stores and restaurants.

We were surprised to find that the access to the 2nd floor was an outside staircase, but it worked out fine. The owners were very nice, but the check in process of having to meet them was a little cumbersome. They were very helpful in pointing out aspects of the house and pool. There are a lot of bedrooms packed into the house so not as much living area available. Nice long dining tables, but the downstairs kitchen could have had a few more larger bowls, etc. due to the number of people that it would house. Overall we had a great time and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great property to stay at with a big group. Never felt let it was to crowded and it met our every needs.

We have a very large family and it is hard to find accommodations for us to all stay in one place. This was especially nice because the number of separate bedrooms allowed for just the right amount of privacy for each family. Better than a bunch of beds in one room. The outdoor gathering areas were ideal. Only thing several family members suggested is that they add some wall shelves in bedrooms and bathrooms since there are no closets. Super to work with and could for sure see returning. Thank you!

As a family of 20, ranging in ages 2 years through , well.......lots older...... we needed both space and separation. This property has both. We were able to set "quiet" areas, and still had lots of room for us to gather for meals, watch movies, enjoy a Birthday celebration, and just hang out and be together. There were are few items missing for cooking/baking, and there weren't many standard cooking supplies. Luckily there's a convenience store near by, or we just improvised! (like how to bake 2 large Birthday cakes with only 1 cake pan) Overall, the property worked well for our large group. It's a balance of pros and cons -- it's close to the beach (but also to a very busy corner), has plenty of rooms and bed options (but no closets!), and lots of bathrooms (but no tubs). There's 2 separate game rooms, and plenty of parking. The pros far outweigh any cons, and we hope to book it again next year.

This house was amazing and the host were perfect. It’s equipped with everything you need and very close to the beach.

My family and I (29) all fit comfortably and still had extra bunks! The floor was a little sandy BUT how can it not be when you’re so close to the beach. Details stated there was one double bunk in one room but there was not…which kind of screwed with our room planning but we managed because there was so much space! The beach is walking distance. The host are AMAZING, sweet and super helpful. I would definitely recommend for large groups. We will 100% book again!
