Our stay was pleasant. Communication the day we arrived wasn’t great we arrived early and asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response. We decided to do some exploring. We did have some trouble with the lock upon arrival late that night after exploring and couldn’t get a response then either. A phone number would have been great. The house was decently clean but there was several spiders.

Perfect space for what we needed. Easy to navigate your way around. Will stay again in the future.

We loved the property and already have booked our next stay next month. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. Plenty of under cover parking and street parking. Very easy to get to. Quiet and we all felt at home. Very clean.

Outside yard was wildly unkept but the inside of the home was very nice. Had a great stay and was easy to check in and out. Not the best neighborhood. But easy to access downtown and convention center

The house was very nice and big everything was as it said it was only bad thing was the tree in the drive way. It was leaning down and we drove through branches getting in and out of the driveway

This house was a decent place for our family of 5 to relax after exploring Denver. I did find dried blood on one of the comforters which leads me to believe comforters are not washed after every guest.

We stayed here at the end of our trip and it was a great place to just relax and rest after a busy tourist week. The house interior is totally remodeled and it looks fantastic. It is centrally located to places we needed to be. It was only about 20 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from Meow Wolf. It is in kind of an industrial area but that was fine. Our kids just needed down time and barely moved from the couch.

The house was beautiful and easy to find. We had everything we needed to cook a full meal. Neighborhood was nice. The owner was very nice and answered all questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay at a place that feels like home.

House was perfect for our weekend trip. 3 bedrooms that were all spacious and a large living room to gather in. House is located just a few miles from the RiNo district where we spent most of our time outside, tons of breweries and amazing food. Highly recommend.

Very nice upgrades on the inside of the home. Very comfortable stay! There is a little road noise as the house is on a busier street, but it's a safe neighborhood. Very clean home with all of the amenities you could think of: towels, wash clothes, washing machine/dryer, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap, trash cans/bags, etc..

We were in town for the Seattle Sounders vs Colorado Rapids game. The house was not really centrally located to activities in the downtown Denver area but it was a perfect location for us to be able to walk to and from the stadium. The house is close to the freeway so it was easy and convenient to other areas of the city including the airport. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the coffee that was provided. Jeremiah the owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Great trip and we would definitely stay here again!

Our experience was wonderful. The house was amazing and perfect for us! We had a little mix up with our code when we first got there, but Jeremiah was very quick to respond and help us. Besides the main road being a little loud (which we expected from previous reviews) the property and location worked well for us! Definitely recommended and will definitely use again when back in Denver! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here recently & I felt the reviews were kind of deceiving. The house itself was very cute. Updated, nice. Had everything we needed. Only complaint was the beds were very noisy & very hard mattresses, but nothing we couldn’t live with. The house was in a not so great area. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues- so can’t complain too much. The outside was not kept up with. Again- nothing we couldn’t get over but definitely an eye sore. My main issue was the host. He was very hard to get ahold of. He took a very long time to respond. When he finally did respond he wouldn’t answer all my questions, only parts. I asked for his phone number so we could communicate in a more timely manner and he ignored me. We agreed on an early check in & then my code for the door didn’t work. Hours later the host finally responded. It was overall just very very frustrating. Hopefully he figures out a better way for the next guest!

We had a great stay! Was a little disappointed when we realized there was only one shower but it was ok. At least we had two toilets. The washing machine was making lots of noise when washing the first load of clothes like it was off balance with the feet but other than that the house is perfect for being close to the city but not in it. And it’s in a quiet neighborhood!!
