The property was as advertised, clean and easy to access. We enjoyed the ping pong table, miniature putting green and corn hole. The location was close to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

I cannot recommend this property enough! It is in a great old neighborhood which I love and it has been beautifully restored. We had a little air conditioning problem and they had a tech come on Sunday afternoon! We had lots of cool air then. They could monitor the system and they stayed in contact to make sure that we were comfortable. Today I received a thank you note from the owner! Do yourself a favor and book this property. I will definitely book it again.

This was a cute little property in a great quiet neighborhood. The space was perfect for being our 'hub' for the trip. The outdoor area is really pleasant and completes the entire property. But... There are bugs everywhere. We contacted the owner about ants crawling everywhere. He came over and put down some stuff to get rid of them but it didn't seem to work throughout the trip. There were also lots of spiders and beetle things throughout the whole home. We even woke up with bug bites on ourselves and having an infant that woke up with bug bites wasn't the best thing.

The best thing about this house is the various "areas" in which to spread out. There are 2 living area type spaces and 2 nice areas outside (one with 2 comfy chairs and one with a giant dining table.) If you love your family / friends but don't want to see them 24/7, this is a great house. Also - fully stocked kitchen, walking distance to mid-town, and in good shape.

This is my second time staying in this home, and it was just as fabulous as the first! The beds are extremely comfortable, living spaces perfect for six people comfortably. We played games at the extended table, cooked fabulous meals in the kitchen and had a great weekend of volleyball at the Reno convention center which is super close by. Hope to stay again next year.

Nice small house located close to my family. Only problem was internet tv, since I do not know how to work it have no accounts.

Loved the availability of gathering spaces, both indoors and outdoors. Beautiful neigborhood for a walk, and close to river paths for running and biking

Loved the property and neighborhood. Such well kept clean home with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The corn hole was not to be found unfortunately but not a deal breaker. The kitchen is beautiful but could use a couple more cooking tools like spatulas.

Very cozy home is quaint Reno neighborhood. Perfect location to some of our favorite restaurants and stores. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The kitchen was equipped enough to prepare many meals over the holidays. Great neighborhood for walking. The house was perfect for families. There were many games for in and out doors. I’ll definitely stay again.

Absolutely beautiful property. Went to Reno for my daughter’s medical appointment so cleanliness is very important to us. This property surpassed every expectation I had. I, along with my boys enjoying the far side book, enjoyed the book selection. Thank you for such a wonderful stay that made us feel comfortable and entertained.

1.5 miles from the airport in an amazing little neighborhood south of downtown. House is in great shape, nicely remodeled and several great hangout spots both inside and out.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was very accurately represented from the photos and description. It was light, spacious and also felt cozy for our group of 5 adults. We liked that there were two living areas to spread out a bit. We enjoyed using the outdoor dining table for breakfast each morning. We enjoyed using the ping pong table, the putting green and playing some of the board games as well. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the location perfect. The house is in a safe and quiet residential area and only 5 minute drive to downtown. A question to the host was quickly answered which I so appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was wonderful and I would give it 10 Stars if I could. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is one of the best. The beds are so comfortable and this is very important to me. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet neighborhood. Jackie was a wonderful host and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you Jackie!!!

This was in a great location for our stay for Hot August Nights. The house has been completely remolded and was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. There are several outdoor spaces so if you have adults there are plenty of space . The hosts were great. I would highly recommend this house.

We felt right at home and very comfortable in this well equipped and updated home. We appreciated the ability to check in a little earlier to accommodate our schedule. We were here for my son’s graduation from UNR and it was very convenient to get to and from the campus. I highly recommend this home for families, as it has a living and family room and outside area.

We stayed at this home for three nights over Spring Break while visiting family in the area. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living spaces are large. The house was clean. The provided amenities were thoughtful and we took full advantage of them. The putting green, the ping pong, the beanbag chairs, and the electric fireplace were all much appreciated. We would certainly look to book this home again for a future trip to the area. Thanks for the excellent hospitality.

Overall the property is great. Had a problem entering but David came to the rescue immediately. TV’s should be on cable, Dish or Direct. Not everyone has accounts and passwords needed for living room TV and antenna for TV in family room is not good at all. It had to sit in a bean bag chair with the cord across the floor. Had to fix the sliding screen in the family room.

We came to Reno for the RV show and stayed here with friends. This was the perfect home for 3 couples. The home owners thought of every detail and more to make the home feel comfortable and inviting. The amenities they provided in the kitchen and toiletries for the bathrooms were very nice. We were close driving distance to everything we wanted to do and the neighborhood was a nice area.

House is great! Enjoyed the modern updates with all of the amenities someone could need for their trip to Reno. Location is great and quiet and near anything you want to do in Reno. We will return next year on our annual trip to fish Pyramid Lake.

The house was so nice and SO CLEAN. It smelled amazing. We arrived very late and the lights had been left on for us for our arrival which was very nice. The property is very well taken care of and everything is updated and modern and easy to use. It's close enough to town that you can take a long walk or short uber to everything. I would definitely stay in this house again. The beds are so comfortable my friend is thinking about buying that brand of mattress for herself at home. Seriously 10/10.

Our family stayed of 5 stayed here while attending a family event in Reno. We absolutely loved the home! VERY CLEAN upon arrival; bathrooms were spotless. Kitchen had everything we needed and also spotless. All beds were super comfy with great high quality linens. Location can't be beat and we know this for a fact, as we all lived in Reno for many years. Located in the best Old Southwest area, very quiet. Owner was super nice and accommodating...even ran over extra kitchen towels within an hour after emailing her once we figured out cleaners had forgot to leave in the drawer. I would highly recommend this VRBO rental! We will rent again our next family trip to Reno.

We had such a nice stay in December we rented this property again fro another week in January. Traveling from California we needed a centralized place to rest our head. This home allowed was a perfect home away from home as we were visiting for brain treatments for our son.

Perfect house for family outing. Really good location in a quiet neighborhood not too far from parks and casinos. The house is clean and is fully equipped and have some games for entertainment.

Look no further, this lovely home was as clean as they come and has Everything you need, in the kitchen and the bathrooms. We had a wonderful nights sleep and White Christmas with our kids! Definitely coming back in the spring.

What an adorable property centralized in Old Southwest Reno. The home was well appointed with nice furnishings, cozy linens, functional floor plan, a quiet neighborhood and new updates to this cute bungalow. The yard was fenced and ideal for my two little kiddos to safely roam and play outside. Our family was staying in Reno for daily treatments for our special needs son and it was important to have a safe comfortable place to stay & rest. We will likely rent this bungalow again during the next visit.
