The house and booking process was all spot on. Great property, tons of room. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets. Everything was clean and well cared for. We all had a great time! My only "dislike" was that there are only 2 TVs in the entire house. We found other things to do though, so no biggie. :) Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

This house was plenty big, very clean and wasn't too far from the city.

We really enjoyed this beautiful and secluded property. Our grandchildren loved the play equipment, the tire swing and seeing the wildlife. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Loved having four King sized beds. Media room was a hit on a rainy day. We visited the Discovery Lab and the kids had a blast there too. Management was responsive and helpful.

Everything posted made it easy to book. The description and pictures were very accurate.

This house is beautiful with a large kitchen and eating area. There is a large deck in back with a waterfall and paddleboat. The owners thought of everything and were very responsive to our questions and needs.

It was a perfect location for the sights we visited during the week. The grands loved the playground.

Loved the place. Adult/teenage grandkids enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables, fishing and hanging out in the media room.

The kids loved the play set and the trampoline- the chairs by the pond were not safe to use- still some air conditioning issues in the Master Bedroom- Would have given. 5 rating if these were not issues- the house was amazing otherwise- could have used bowls - only 4 in the kitchen for cereal.

Rented property for a family trip with grandkids in warm May. Secluded, nice property with private pond guarded by towering trees in a relaxing setting. Fun outdoor provisions included trampoline, swing/slide playset, paddleboat, backyard fire pit, great backyard deck & view. Pool table and playroom inside. Nicely furnished (shampoo,etc), very roomy, comfortable beds. Modern fixtures & appliances. The only downside was with the air-conditioning in very warm weather. The upstairs bedrooms never got cool, and the downstairs MBR suite did not cool sufficiently. The owner said he had the HVACs repaired recently so they should be working, but he would not able to get the units repaired or replaced during our stay. He offered a full refund but we declined due to the logistics hassle of relocating. He also offered to install a window a/c unit but that wouldn't have helped our situation. Instead we just moved everyone downstairs where the a/c was cooling adequately (except the MBR). Cozy and much less than ideal but a workable solution. They did provide a nominal refund for the a/c inconvenience, though. The stay would have been excellent if not for the a/c. Presumably the owner will get that fixed and it won't be a problem for future guests.

Remote country location right on city edge. If you need a lot of space in a beautiful home this is the place

This home is set in a woods with a private pond and large deck and patio. The home is well furnished with beautiful furniture. The host was very responsive when we had questions. This is a great spot for families with children. No television service in the main living area was a big minus for us especially with basketball tournaments going on. With a little love and better cleaning this home could be a five star.

Everything was as advertised Seemless from beginning to end

We were a bit surprised when we checked in to see that the property is still going through a refresh. But, our stay was FANTASTIC! We had several children of all ages that found tons to do and it never felt cramped. And, the trails offered lots of fun. We only wish we had been during the summer to see the full beauty of the place. We reached out to the owner with a few questions and he was always fast to respond and so friendly! Definitely worth booking.
