The location was perfect with beautiful sunset views! The place is spacious and very clean, definitely one of the nicest we have been to.

We loved the apartment. It is right on the river with outstanding views. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the walking paths right out the door. Lots of places to eat as well. We didn’t realize there was a pool but it looked beautiful!

We enjoyed our stay & loved the location. We had no access to the thermostat & we were all quite cold a lot of the time as the owner had it set at 18. The cleaner didn’t do a good job of cleaning as there was a lot of dust on the kitchen lights and dirt under the couch, The supply of towels wasn’t enough for 6 quests, we needed more hand towels.

House is as described in listing. Rented the home for the weekend. It has spacious bedrooms upstairs and an open floor for the lower floor. Loved the pool, very private, I took a dip with my granddaughter. Nice view and walk to the river. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Dera was quick to respond to my inquiries and was very helpful.I will recommend this home.

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfy, it was equipped with everything we needed and the pool was amazing on the 30 degree day. Overall, great place to stay, and we would definitely go back!

Inside property was great, pool was unusable as the water was green and backyard amenities were in poor condition. Location and access to various sites was great. We took a taxi to downtown and back so that we didn’t have to navigate the city streets. Cost for taxi one way was around $20.00. Would stay there again.

We were three couples, and the house was as described, it was spacious, very peaceful, and within walking distance to several restaurants and shopping. The house was within a five minute drive from downtown Ottawa. The home was very well stocked. We had the best breakfast at Meli Dejeuner Creperie, which was right down the street as well as dinner at Nocha Mya C Roses which was also within walking distance. we visited the patisserie shop for croissants, cookies, and desserts. We had a great stay and Ders was a great host!!

Enjoyed the home. Right on the water, close to downtown Ottawa (what we were in town to visit), with well stocked supermarkets nearby. Communication was very easy with host, access to the home was simple. House was clean and well stocked. Only thing we needed but did not have was a cookie sheet.

Would stay here again. Highly recommended

We rented for one night, we were going to the National Arts center, it was a short drive to the venue and close to Byward Market. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is exactly as listed. Very clean and had everything we needed. Good selection of glass and cookware along with everything you would need. The main bedroom is huge, very nicely decorated and comfortable. We really liked the location. Drive to the Nordik spa (the main reason for our visit) was only 14 min and also a short drive to the casino (9 min) and downtown Ottawa. We ate dinner at the beautiful Stirling Restaurant which was a lovely 4 min walk. Lots of access to trails along the river which we will take advantage of on our next visit. My only recommendation would be to note the check in time which is 5:00 and was a little late for us on this visit. The owner was really great and tried to arrange for an earlier check in, but it wasn't ready yet. For some this time might not matter, but just something to note. We can't say enough about this little gem which is well priced for the location and property. We plan to return again!

This is a fantastic place to stay - right on the river a few minutes from downtown Ottawa. The house is accurately represented - there were no unwelcome surprises. We'll definitely recommend and return if we're lucky enough.

Lovely two night stay to celebrate our mother’s 90 birthday- 6 ladies. The Unit has beautiful decor and the beds are very comfy. Lots of storage space for lengthly stays! Lots of room in unit to accommodate 6 adults. Bedding can be better on some of the beds - pills on sheet sets and pulls - some sheets have been used alot. Upon arrival the Refrigerator was iced up and we could not open bottom crispers as they were frozen shut- but there was a note to say that the refrigerator is going to be fixed. Communication with owner was good and we were given some great choices of restaurants to try. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen but some basic utensils are missing such as no cork screw, no ice cube trays, no milk jug for bags of milk - we bought one and left for future guests as well as a juice container and two ice cube trays. Other than the above we had a lovely stay and would recommend this unit. Lovely view of the Gatineau river. Lots of restaurants close by as well as shopping.

Lovely house with perfect location!

All of our young adult children and both of us thoroughly enjoyed the house and the space outside :). The view of the river was wonderful to wake up to and enjoy all day long ! There was lots of space in the house and with 3 bathrooms everyone was more than comfortable! Just out to the left was a wonderful walk along the river and we were also in walking distance from some great restaurants and coffee shops/ bakeries. We will stay with them again when we return to visit relatives in Ottawa 😀. For fun , we also enjoyed renting bikes in a park nearby and a river cruise tour. Downtown Ottawa is so close and a great place to enjoy whatever you are interested in from museums to night life 😊

The newly renovated inside was beautiful. And the communication with the owner was amazing. Always answered right away and very very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
