A spectacular house in an incredible position. Plenty of different spaces for kids to play and adults to enjoy. Vast views from every room, even the poor weather was a pleasure to watch!

We had an amazing stay at Sea Point, what a house! From the moment you walk through the door every inch of it feels special. It takes your breath away. The hosts were just as fantastic as the house. Their hospitality and thoughtfulness was felt throughout. We feel blessed and lucky to of made such special family memories here and would book this house over any other in an instant.

We spent an amazing 9 days at Seapoint for a big family celebration. Anne was super helpful in the run up to our stay and always on call to help problem solve any little issues that arose. The house itself is huge, spacious, well equipped and very new and clean - we particularly loved the pool (heated to a lovely temperature meaning we could swim even on chilly, rainy days) and hot tub; every bedroom was lovely and very comfortable. The best thing about the house is the location and that view! Absolutely incredible, unique view over to Crantock and out to sea, as well as inland down the Gannel. It’s an amazing place to watch the changing tides creating a completely new vista every day. Was amazing to have direct beach access via the steps at the back of the house. We love the area in general - so many amazing beaches and great places to eat and visit nearby - and this has to be one of the best houses in the area. This was a one-off trip but would love to return one day.

This was our first time staying in Pentire, and we were thoroughly impressed! The house was fantastic and provided comfortable accommodations with stunning views from every room. With panoramic views of the beach towards Crantock and beyond, every seat in the house offered a great outlook. Additionally, the property was well-furnished and equipped for a family stay, with thoughtful little extras added by the owners. If you enjoy cooking, you will be pleased with the amenities. It boasts a top-of-the-line kitchen, a BBQ, and all the necessary utensils are provided on site for your convenience. Our family had a great time at the outdoor swimming pool. Despite facing a few rainy days, we still enjoyed our time there, as the pool was always at a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the hot tub offered a spectacular view of the beach below. This house's location is ideal for families of any size. Our family of adults along with a small dog, enjoyed exploring the nearby countryside. You can easily reach Fistral Beach on foot, and there's a local pub nearby. If you want to see the surrounding bays, take the Headland walk. It goes without saying that we would love to visit again in the future, and would like to thank the owners for going above and beyond , both in the build up to our stay with their efficient organisation, and with the beautiful accommodation they provided.

We stayed at Seapoint for a week to celebrate my husbands 60th. The house is perfect in every way and the location is simply amazing. The open plan living area , opening onto the outdoor space allowed us to party together alongside offering enough space to chill and have time out. All the rooms have a sea view , are large and have spacious bathrooms. Waking up and drinking in the views made us feel we had our own bit of Cornwall for the week. We had a chef one evening, cooked fresh lobsters on the BBQ, visited the Old Albion across the Gannel in Crantock, had amazing fish at the Fish House and the Boatyard. Everyone enjoyed their time , surfing, golfing, paddle boarding, laughing and just relaxing.Anne could not have been more helpful, offering lots of information and allowing us to stay in this unique property. We could not recommend staying here enough and hopefully we will be able to stay again in the future. What a find !

Wow what a fantastic property with the best views from every room. The facilities are perfect with lots to keep multiple people of all ages entertained, relaxed and enjoying themselves. You have easy access to the beach directly from the property, this is easily the best house in the bay.

Sea Point is a truly amazing property perched above a beautiful tidal estuary with 270 degree views from the extensive windows. All the bedrooms have sea views, as does the magnificent living area. The fittings and furnishings are of a very high standard, first class mattresses and bed linen. Everything that might be needed to entertain a large house party is there, large streamlined kitchen, dining area with useful utility room and drying room. Additional information regarding chefs, sports facilities and restaurants was supplied by host Anne who was always on hand should we have needed to ask for anything. Everywhere was pristine with all areas perfectly cleaned. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub share the views and were equally sparkling. No price is too high for a stay in this exceptional house and we had the most wonderful time there. Huge thanks to Anne and her team!

The driveway down to Sea Point from Pentire Head gives you the impression that you are in for something special. In fact, something extra special. The Sea Point experience starts at the front door and entrance. This level contains the bedrooms. Our party of eight adults and four children only needed six of the seven bedrooms available. It is an understatement to refer to them as simply bedrooms – each one offers its own unique perspective of the Gannel estuary and beach but, despite the expansive views reaching over the Atlantic, each bedroom still managed to offer its occupants their own “little” sanctuary with accompanying balcony and smart TV. Needless to say, in keeping with the rest of the house, the décor and bathroom facilities in each bedroom was of the highest standard. Of all the holiday homes we’ve rented, this is the first time not one of the family felt compromised. The open plan living area on the lower floor provided ample room for everyone - exceptional furnishings and a well equipped kitchen, supported by the best in-home entertainment. The children enjoyed relaxing in a snug that had a very comfortable sofa and large TV. We had the best possible week weather wise but when the tides prevented easy access to the sea the views from the outside swimming pool made it feel like you were swimming in the Atlantic, even if the temperature said otherwise – we could hardly wait for the automated pool cover to open. The sea itself was only a short walk down the cliff-side steps – some experience in rock climbing would have been useful  but the beach, river, sea and waves made the climb more than worth it! What a holiday – in a word, “Brilliant”. In three words, “It was BRILLIANT”! Our thanks to our super Superhost. - Perfect
