A great house for a large family or group. Had some extras like toys for kids, well stocked kitchen, beach towels and supplies, first aid kits. However many light bulbs were out, ice maker was so slow we had to buy ice, cleanliness left much to be desired (floors, under couch cushions, under beds) and the house accommodated 14 but there was only 1 table with 6 chairs so we could not enjoy a meal together and that was disappointing. But we still enjoyed our stay.

The owner was responsive and communicated clearly which made check in and out easy.
This is a very well equipped home. I was pleasantly surprised with the large and small appliances provided.I like to cook while on vacation and this kitchen had everything I needed.
Additionally the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and house was comfortable and worked well for grandparents with, grown children and small grandchildren.
I would love to rent again.

Jekyll Island is a special place. We have been going there for several years and experimenting with different accommodations. This location is excellent for our interests, especially biking. The bike/pedestrian trail is located across the street from the house, halfway between the Pier and the Historic Area (2+/- miles each way). The house is functional and comfortable and the Island provides the right mix of relaxation and activity.

The house was a perfect stay for our family (dog included). The location is well suited for those who need to be near the club (for retreats, etc) but would rather stay off site - which we decided to do so we couldn’t bring our small dog. I can see where it would be wonderful for a large group with kids! We did not get to use the outdoor seating, fire pits, or ping pong but it sure looked fun! Thanks for a great stay!

Myself and my new husband, along with 7 other family members and friends, stayed for our wedding week. The house was a perfect size for our large group. The house was very clean & at a great location! The ping pong table was a major “perk!” The owner was accessible when we had an issue with the refirigerator. I would highly recommend this VRBO and would even think to use it again in the future.

Beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Sunsets are amazing through the moss in front of the house and the sunrises gorgeous on the other side of the island! Bike paths are excellent around and through the island!

Great home with lots of space for large family vacation/gathering to experience beautiful memories together. Enjoy many great views of the island on walks and short drives from location. Suggestion would not only be watching sunrises and sunsets but to take advantage of bike rentals to enjoy the beauty of the island.
The owners are kind, responsive and had great communication before and during trip.
My only suggestion to guests would be to note the island daily vehicle pass fees and for large groups to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels with you.

We really love staying at this house on JI. It is very nice and well kept, perfect for a family vacation. We will always pick this house because of the great layout and accommodations. The owners are great to rent from and the neighbors are nice too.

We loved our stay at this house. It was our third time visiting the island, and we loved the location on the marsh side of the island. Walking across the street to the walking/biking path made for wonderful morning runs. We loved running to the historic district and back. It was a quick drive to the golf courses and beach access.
The house was well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was lovely and functional. We loved all the space and the bonus of the ping pong table. We also enjoyed the screened in porch.
The provided towels, toiletries, trash bags, etc. was an added bonus. We appreciated all the house had to offer.

This is a great place to stay in Jekyll Island. It is ideally situated between the village area, Driftwood Beach and the historical area. It is also very quiet at night. What made it perfect for us was the walking path directly across the street. We took our pup out every day - twice a day along the path and he just loved. The home is lovely and loads of room.

We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was well stocked and comfortable with plenty of space to visit. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and gathered with family for dinners there. We were able to set up cornhole and a slackline in the backyard, play card games and video games in the den, and really enjoyed the ping pong table. The walking trail across the street was a lot of fun for sunsets. We never ran out of hot water and appreciated the quality washer/dryer. There is a little peeling paint in one bathroom, and some of the deep cleaning may be getting missed with lots of turnovers in the busy season. However, I will gladly stay here again!

Hear the wind blowing through the trees and watch beautiful sunsets, after riding your bikes back from the beach. The river side of the island was remarkable and everyone in my family really enjoyed themselves. It’s about a 15-minute bike ride to the beach, but we also easily loaded up and drove. The house fit our group perfectly and we were able to spread out and not feel on top of one another. I would definitely rent this home again.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location, just walk across the street and be on the bike trail. We enjoy the beautiful sunset from the sunroom, through the oak trees and Spanish moss. The kitchen is well equipped with all we need.

My family stayed at this home for the marathon weekend. We had a very good experience. The home is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed playing table tennis and relaxing while watching the TV in the evenings.
The location of the home was ideal for us. It was close to the start of the marathon and also Drift Wood Beach, where my husband enjoyed taking sunrise photos. The home is also across the street from one of the island's great walking paths, which made it ideal for evening walks to watch the sunset.
Overall a great place. We would definitely stay here again!
