My Daughter chose Frankenmuth for her birthday getaway. We frequent Frankenmuth often but usually stay in a hotel in Birch Run. This was such a wonderful change and will consider booking more often.

Wonderful location. Had issues with water in basement. Plumber was in and out of property for one day. Good communication from property manager. House could use some TLC. The back door lock is awkward, washed some dirty windows while there, no dishcloths or dish towels, cupboards poorly organized. But, lots of room, three bathrooms, and amazing location.

Stayed from Sunday to Saturday, and it was great. All the amenities & comforts of home. Within excellent walking distance of River Place Shops, Zenhnders, Bavarian Inn, & Kern's Sausage Co., as well the the monthly food truck Festival behind River Place. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, location was second to none.

We were pleasantly surprised with the centralized location of the property. The overall cleanliness of the home met our expectations. It was spacious enough to accommodate our whole family for the 2 nights that we stayed. If we had one critique, it would be the quality of the mattresses could have been much better for what we paid per night stayed. Kudos to whomever discovered my granddaughters spare set of glasses that were left behind and reached out to us so that we could retrieve them on our way back home from the second leg of our vacation. We will visit Frankenmuth again. It is a well kept,beautifully laid out Michigan gem with plenty of things to see and do for a multi-generational family!

Perfect place for our family weekend stay. So easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go with a clean and comfortable home upon our return. Would definitely choose to return here if in quaint Frankenmuth again.

This house is just perfect for family get-to-gethers. The location is convenient. If someone in your party want to return to the house early after exploring Frankenmuth, it is just a quick, easy walk

The house was clean and as advertised with plenty of space for the whole family (11 of us). The location is perfect for Frankenmuth with Main Street just steps away. Seamless check-in process and easy communication with the host.

Clean and loved that it was close to everything. Only had to drive to Bronner's. Needed a little fresh paint on trim & built in shelves upstairs but that's not a big deal at all.

Had a great girls weekend. The house was awesome and convenient. Close to everything. Will be back for sure

This house was big enough for 12 of us. We had sisters and cousins for our girl weekend. We played games and ordered out for dinner. And of course lots of snacks. We did the riverboat ride first, then we shopped. We made so many more memories for our family. It was the best time ever.

Spent two nights In Frankenmuth with our adult children and grandkids. The large home was spacious and well maintained, but currently undergoing some outside renovation to siding and decking. This posed no problem. Our family enjoyed the Frankenmuth community, eating at Zenders, taking a riverboat cruise on the Bavarian Belle, and the glockenspiel at the Inn. The owner provided a grill that was delivered just in the nick of time as we were all gathered and ready to begin dinner. A very nice outing for my wife and her family

We had a great stay at this property. Group of seven with plenty of room for all. Great location close to everything. It was so nice to be able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

Great location and improvements are very nice! Lots of space and included amenities. Unfortunatley the kitchen counters were not wiped down from the previous guests and there were ants on the counters and stove when we went to prepare food for the first time. Didn't detour us from a great stay and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time at Stadt-Platz house! Our family get together in MI covered 3 generations, and we were all very happy with our accommodations. Nice clean house. There is plenty of room to sit around and talk or play games. This property is located within easy walking distance of Frankenmuth downtown, and the riverfront shops.

Excellent. The location was super. Close to downtown, other shops, walks and (unplanned fishing) the river. Very quiet, spacious and inviting. Don’t recommend double beds for teenage boys - the big sofas helped for sleeping the 12 of us. More than adequate -great place for family time.

We had a very good stay at your property. The first floor bedroom and full bath was super helpful for my parents. The location was perfect - easy walking to everything you want to check out in Frankenmuth.

Stadt-Platz was spacious and fit the bill for our large family. The house is so close to Splash Village and community ice rink across the street. After 30 years of this tradition all our family thought this was the best experience yet.

Perfectly located to walk downtown and enjoy shopping and snacking.

The location of this house was perfect for our birthday celebration in Frankenmuth. When we arrived, the Zhender’s parking lot was very full, but we were able to park in the driveway of the house and walk everywhere we needed to go! The house is also quite big with ample space in the bedrooms and bathrooms and a TV in each room with multiple steaming options, making it perfect for guests. Check-in was as easy as could be and communication from the host was timely and thorough! A bit more effort could have been dedicated to cleaning, though we recognize it’s an older home and there’s a tight timeline to get the house ready for the next guests. We’ll address the cleanliness specifics with the host directly. All in all, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this property!!

The house is nice and had lots of room for multiple guests. The property is perfect walking distance to Frankenmuth and had everything we needed for our stay.

GREAT PROPERTY, WAS ABLE TO HOUSE ALL OF US FOR OUT SONS WEDDING. NICE AREA RIGHT DOWNTOWN, THE LIGHTS WERE AWESOME TO SEE AT NIGHT. WILL DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

The house is nice. Very convenient to downtown Frankenmuth so once we arrived and parked our vehicles, we were able to walk to downtown. In December Frankenmuth is especially busy and much nicer to walk thank drive. One of the ladies stayed in the queen bedroom which had it's own bathroom. She mentioned it looked like you have a mice problem as the shelf with the towels had what appeared to be mouse poop. Steps were a little tricky. It is an old house with some nice updates. Overall, I would stay here again, with the understanding there isn't a rodent problem.

Very easy to rent this house

Could not have had a better place to stay! Right off Main Street (by half a block), convenient walk to EVERYTHING! Plenty of room inside to relax and spread out! Perfect for large families…or a couple of small families combined! Absolutely the right choice…will check availability here 1st, next time we are back this way! Thank you so much to the host!
