The beds were comfortable and the rooms were dark, providing a relaxing environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient with everything within walking distance. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was good.

Cleaning was every other day, and check-in didn't mention it. Bathroom repairs and cleaning needed, with leftover items from previous guests under the vanity.

The room wasn't the cleanest as we found french fries in the on dresser drawer. The night stand draw was as well dirty. Could use a vacuuming to get rid of the dirt in the dresser and night stand.

The breakfast was the typical holiday inn express buffet and was okay.

The walls are thin. For some reason, the rooms were loud. I'm thinking this was place was wood frame construction instead of the typical concrete slab construction. We could really hear the foot falls of the person in the room above and the hacking of the person in the room next door. Just a really loud hotel.

Excellent location for seeing Frankenmuth

When we went to use the in-room microwave, it wasn’t even plugged in behind the cabinet. We had to move it over to the desk in the room to use it.

Our room was huge! The breakfast was yummy and staff was super nice!
