Room was nice size. Had all the amenities. CLEAN! All the staff we had contact with were VERY customer service/pleasant guest experience orientated. Really made you feel welcome.

Hinges on bathroom door squeak but that is really a minor issue.

Rooms could have been cleaner. The couch had stains and hair in the shower/tub.

Location, location, location. The property was great . . clean, breakfast area offered just enough breakfast foods, staff was great.

The carpet in the elevator was so dirty and worn. Old elevator showed substantial wear. Not too reassuring.

Breakfast was good. The location is great in relevance to walking distance of the shops and restaurants.

We paid $300 for one night. I'd say $225 should've been max price. Found 2 black hairs in our shower and a bug crawling on the bathroom floor. Hot tub was hot but so much chlorine that our eyes burned within minutes of being in it.

Location was wonderful. The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful in directing us to restaurants and shops to visit

Bathroom sink did not drain. Staff moved us to another room . The new room had black mold in the shower. The free breakfast was the worst I have experienced in any hotel. On the second day my wife and I went out for breakfast.

The size of the room was fantastic, very clean. Also, the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was great.

Our shower drain didn't work. It as extremely slow. There is an overpowering chlorine odor in the lobby area. Took my breath away. The attendant had trouble keeping the breakfast stocked.

It’s was right in the hub of Frankenmuth, clean, and the rooms very very nice. Staff was very nice as well.

Breakfast only served before ten, also the chlorine level in the hot tub seemed a bit excessive and assaulting. The second I turned on the bubbles the fumes started making my husband and my eyes tear up and we’ve never had that problem before.

1. The trundle bed was dirty. No linens. I ended up sleeping on the couch. The door was not operating properly

I like where the hotel was , easy access to most stores, candy, food , cheese and wine shops. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast food was hot and plentiful. The pool was very nice, same goes for the whirlpool. Carpet in hall was clean and no noise from the hall was heard in the room. We had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel.

We would have liked to have a table and some chairs in the room. the sofa/pull out bed was nice when watching TV, but it would have been nice to have a table to sit and play cards or a game. We were able to use the breakfast room for card playing, but had to bring all our goodies down to the lobby.
