Upon approaching the home, we were blown away with the curb appeal. Arguably the best house on the street. The interior of the home is extremely clean and welcoming. There was plenty of provided towels in the bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. The rear patio is where we spent most of our time. The outdoor kitchen space was very convenient. We enjoyed the heated pool and my son was infatuated with the water feature. The property owner was always in contact and couldn’t have been more helpful. My family travels to Pompano yearly and I will be looking to return to this home on our next trip.

My husband and I recently got married in NYC. I’m originally from south Florida so many of my family couldn’t attend the ceremony. We planned to have a small ceremony of 20-30 ppl in Florida. We searched for houses with a beautiful back yard and a pool. We came across Palm Villa and sent a request. We received a response shortly after. Rich & Cindy were very responsive and were open to letting us have the gathering so long as we’re respectful of the house and neighbors. We received all the information we needed to gain access to the house and use the amenities. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed including 3 bathrooms! The pool was clean and we didn’t have to use the pool heater as it’s summer in Florida. My husband and my 2 teenage sons stayed at the house and my mother came mid week. It was spacious and big enough for more guests. We had such a relaxing and amazing time we ended up not having the ceremony. Instead we had a few days of some friends and family come over for bbq’s, dominos, and pool time. My brother in law has a boat and was able to pick us up and take us out. This was one of the best family trips we’ve had in a very long time. It was fun pretending this was my home for a few days. ☺️ Rich and Cindy checked in midweek to ask if everything was okay and if we needed anything.Very professional & made us feel comfortable I will absolutely come back and would recommend this beautiful home for your family or friends vacation.

The house was nice, with a great pool, great location. A nice safe neighborhood. The outdoor furniture is weathered with age. Also, the living room couch, which both could use updating. But the house was fun and would rent again.

We spent almost every waking hour on the beautiful covered patio / pool area … such a convenient location… close to shopping, beach / tourist attractions & excellent restaurants Thank you Fred & Cindy for sharing your piece of paradise

This home was everything we hoped for and more. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We did an extended stay and had a few small issues but Rich and Cindy responded immediately and got them taken care of. We will definitely be back. Five stars from us!

We are a Swedish family which just came home from 2 weeks stay in Palm Villa. I just want to say that the villa was exactly as the pictures, and we are so satisfied with out stay. The communication with Rich and Cindy was very good and responded immediately if we had any questions. Everything was in order and worked properly. The area is very nice and good. We can only summarize that we had a great time and a very nice stay here. It is the 6'th time we rent a canal villa and this one is surely one of the 2 best villas we rented. We have been to Florida a few times so far and stayed in the nicest hotels. This time we chose to try something new and decided to rent a house for our stay.. We stumbled across Palm Villa and boy did we feel at home ! Rick & Cindy made everything an easy process and very responsive with any questions we had during our stay. We rented this property for a long girls weekend. It is EXACTLY as advertised! The home is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. It is in a quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. The PERFECT retreat spot!! The hosts are kind, considerate and easily reached if needed. We will DEFINITELY be visiting again. We had such a lovely stay at Palm Villa. The kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals. The beds and linens were comfortable. The pool is beautiful, and the waterway the property is situated on is quiet and serene. The outdoor eating area is perfect for Al fresco dining. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Palm Villa was a wonderful home for a fabulous vacation! The home is exactly as described and extremely clean. The back pool area is perfect for a relaxing vacation! The homeowners, Rich and Cindy, are extremely responsive owners in communication prior to your visit and during your stay to make sure all questions are answered. They made our visit awesome!

We had an amazing time. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with our booking. The property was as listed and so beautiful. The neighborhood was a concern for us before going down, but it is so quiet - despite there being so many people, it felt like no one else was around. Perfect get away and so close to the beach and restaurants.

Palm Villa/Garden Isles was just as pictured. Super clean! It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were pretty with nice linens. Bathrooms were well stocked with a great supply of towels. We spent most of the time outside in the pool and pool towels were great so we didn't need to pack our own. Quiet neighborhood. The sound system was really fun! Would stay again!

The property is very nice. It's in a very quiet neighborhood and fairly easy to find. The photos are very accurate and communication with the hosts were awesome. Check in was a breeze and seamless. The home was very clean and things were easy to find as well. Very minor thing is that the patio door going into the pool area is a bit heavy and hard to open other than that no issues with anything. Would stay again at this property

A beautiful and relaxing vacation! We came down from North Florida with our boat to experience new waterways and views. The home was beautiful with a great and relaxing back porch and pool. Very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Fort Lauderdale beach was beautiful and the food was amazing! Homeowner was very helpful and informative.

House is close to everything. Pool and back yard area was excellent. Owner was quick responding to any questions. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great property to stay at! Home was clean and sanitary! Bathrooms and toilet were clean. Only minor thing was that there were ants coming in through the kitchen window but some after some pesticide they never came back! Would come back and stay again!
