We found the perfect house for our Anniversary. All our children and grandchildren were able to make it. The house was so comfortable and inviting. The owners put a great deal of thought, effort and love into making their house so wonderful.

We had an amazing family vacation in Port A this past weekend! Our group traveled from Dallas area and Illinois to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. The house was beautiful, the location with beach access was perfect and the added amenities with pool and restaurants were terrific. We definitely will come back and stay here again!

3 families of 12 people got together for a special vacation. House was wondering. Room for everyone. Grandkids said they will really miss it. Pools were great. Boardwalk to beach was so close.

We had a fabulous time at Coastal Happy Ours! This was our third annual trip to Palmilla Beach and this home was a perfect layout for us with a master downstairs for the grandparents, plus three sizable bedrooms upstairs for the adults and kids. The kitchen is huge and has a great open floorplan. We'll be coming back!

We had 4 adult couples + 4 little kids (grandparents, kids in their 30s with spouses, and 4 kids under 6) this house was absolutely perfect for all 12 of us.

Coastal Happy Hours’ owners have created a frills-loaded, details-oriented, packed with everything-you’ll-need and things-you-didn’t-think-to-bring oasis. We’ve stayed in other Palmilla Beach homes and can directly compare, let me explain: The kitchen gear - everything you’ll need and then some. From teapots to keurig to cooking sets - everything is organized neatly and equipment is stocked fully. No “I have one pan and 3 sets of utensils”. The hand soap across the house is upscale like you probably have at home, rather than dawn dish soap or little motel packets like another location. There is a big welcome basket with goodies when you walk in the door. There is an extensive binder with all the restaurants and coffee shops and where to go and what to do. The grill was clean and the propane tank was full - and there were two extra propane tanks in the garage. The garage also had some fishing poles, a corn hole platform, cooler, beach chairs…and everything neatly placed and labeled. In the garage, in the kitchen. I mention this because during our stay the beach chairs and umbrella for rent with Palmilla would fill up. People were being turned down. Local spots had run out of chairs to sell. So of course - the owners included backup chairs just in case. The other house I stayed at - the propane tank was empty and there were no backups. The garage was off limits - locked up and full of the owners stuff. It’s little thoughtful details like these that make this specific location hassle-free, and you can literally feel the thoughtfulness and pride the owners have taken to make sure your stay is well worth it. We highly recommend!!!

Beautiful! Everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here in September. The house was exceptionally well appointed and clean. All rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had all the tools needed to cook our meals. The house is located close to the beach, even closer to the community pool (which was a blast). We will gladly return to this Port A pad!

Family/friends get together by the ocean always recharges our batteries. The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice and spacious the home is. This rental is immaculate, so well organized, and more than we expected. There is nothing the hosts have left out. Everything is in its place and so easy to find. You are immediately welcomed with a gift basket and a binder with rental info, local restaurant, and shopping info, as well as important phone numbers. Short distance to the beach (rental golf carts available if you’d like). This home has an extra ice maker in the garage – perfect for those beach/fishing coolers. Simply peaceful and relaxing. Our stay was in November, can’t wait to go back in the summertime.

Our stay at 187 Stargrass Lane was beyond expectation. Beautiful home with everything a family could want for coastal recreation. Location is excellent.

The home was so spacious in every room! Beds are well made with weather appropriate covers/blankets & pillows. No shortage of Hot water for showers in every bathroom used by everyone in our group! A/C’s worked exceptionally well without any issues to report! Kitchen was stocked with all the cook wear and supplies needed! Bathrooms are all well stocked with shower towels & Beach corner/area beautifully stocked w/beach towels! Just a very comfortable home away from home!! Our whole group of woman made comments to the effect like someone asked them individually what would be needed in a home away from home… Then that same someone, went and stocked the home with everything they would have ever needed for a successful get-a-way! Just an amazing home and an amazing experience!!! Thank you so very much for allowing us to enjoy your home for our special trip!!!!

We loved staying here! The bathrooms in each of the bedrooms makes it easy to get ready and out the door quick! The home owners took the time to really think of what you might forget and welcomed us with a little gift. They have an ice maker, beach chairs, beach toys, and fishing poles. The extra step the home owners thought about makes this home a little more special than others at Palmilla. There were some cosmetic issues nothing that hindered our stay but we will let Vacasa know so home owners can be aware. Beds are a little on the firmer side. We would definitely rent again!

Stunning Stargrass was the perfect home for our annual family vacation. Not only is the home beautifully decorated, there are amazing and thoughtful touches that made the place feel like a luxury resort. We were greeted with the cutest gift basket and a personal note. Each bathroom plenty of towels, soap and toilet paper for our weeks stay. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled and included a coffee grinder brewer, a crock pot, blender, electric wok and griddle. There was plenty of outdoor comfortable seating, beach towels and beach chairs. The dining room table fit all 12 of us comfortably. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Don’t hesitate to rent this beautiful home!

Great place to stay with our 3 adult children and their families. Rooms were well thought out, allowing babies to nap, younger children to stay in a darling bunk room, and two primary bedrooms. The loction to both the pool and beach couldn't be better. Highly recommend!!!

All new furnishings, loved the towel service and the quality of the towels, TV in every room, and a nice patio with great beach furniture and a brand new Weber. Kitchen and kitchen table are really large and well furnished for cooking and socializing. Having an ice machine is a huge bonus especially for going to the beach. The thank you basket was a really nice surprise. The 2nd master bedroom upstairs is quite large with a very big shower. The pool is really close. It's obvious the owners take great pride in decorating and keeping the place in tip top condition. We will be back.

The house was great. Big rooms, very comfortable. Palmilla was still under construction and gets crowded very fast at the pool. That took away from the weekend some but the house was great. Parking is tight
