What we loved: -Being able to ski in and out, was a perk. -Waking up every morning to the mountain views were refreshing. -Having access to the ski lockers daily was great. -Being able to get a good sleep every night on comfortable beds were essential considering that we were skiing all day. (Beds were comfortable) What we didn't like: -Upon arriving to the place for the first time there was a strong foul ordor, as if someone threw up or perhaps haven’t changed the vacuum bags in months… We had to air out the place; but kept the door wall opened most of the time. -Upon arriving, there were No Hand towels for the bathrooms. We had to contact them to ask for some, and they provided them within 24 hours. -Upon arriving there were No dish towels to dry dishes with. We had to contact them to ask for some, and they provided them within 24 hours. -Appliances are outdated: The dryer did not function properly, therefore we were not able to dry our clothes from skiing. - With two families, there is a need for 4 keys, incase some want to ski and others want to join the hot tub or perhaps run to the grocery store. -Some said the hot tub was scolding hot while others said it was tolerable. -There was only one trash bag for the entire week. Knowing that we were staying for a week, they only provided one trash bag and then shared with us that they only provided starters. We had to contact them to ask for some, and they provided them within 24 hours. Future travelers, bring your own trash bags, -There were dirty dishes in the cabinets, in particular knifes and bowls. We actually had wash them prior to using them for our cooked meals. -Smoke alarm is did not work and was hanging off the wall.

Great place to stay for a family. Only concern was the dryer was not working. We booked the rental place with in-unit washer/dryer since we have young kids and it was disappointing it didn't work. Beyond that the place was wonderful.

Get place and a great location.

Wonderful walk-out, ski-in location and beautiful view! Fit our group of six perfectly. Ski lockers on the first floor are great, as well. The unit does need a very deep cleaning. The carpets have huge stains, there were scores of dead flies, and there were huge dust icicles hanging from the deer head. We did a lot of cleaning (including shop vacuuming the deer!) so hopefully the next person will have a better experience. With just a little work, this unit would be a 5! I do recommend this place if you don’t mind doing some cleaning!

1) There is no AC in this condo. That needs to be more obvious in the description. We kept the windows and sliding door open, but the wind blew parallel to the condo so getting a good breeze was difficult. And Steamboat was warmer than usual.

2) There was renovation being done in the condo next door, which means we were awakened to the sounds of hammering and sawing every morning at 8am.

Otherwise, it's a great place and a good price for the area. We are a family of 6 and never felt crowded.

Had a great time. Condo was nice and clean. Only issue was we had a steamboat police officer knock on our door at 930 pm on a Friday night. He informed us we were being too loud ( which was because we were watching the Nuggets game). I asked if there was a quiet hour time and the response was there isn’t a quiet hour in steamboat, rather they operate off disturbing the peace or comfort of your home- which to me is some pretty hoity-toity nonsense, especially at 9:30 on Friday. No citations were given but we received an official warning and were told if he comes back we will be fined/ticketed. Unless you plan on going to bed at 9pm each night of your stay.. look elsewhere! The place was great. Location to the slopes was excellent. True ski in. This from a snowboarder who finds that most ski ins require some walking. No walking required here. Such a beautiful view from the balcony, it was wonderful watching the snow fall next to the fire. Super easy access to skiing basically right from the condo & convenient ski storage on the first floor. Overall everything was very nice. My only critique would be the upstairs bathroom being shared and having 2 doors. But that wasn’t a very big deal. Went here for a guys trip and we loved it. The location is great, just a short walk to stores and restaurants at the bottom of the slopes. We really liked the overall layout, especially that the bedrooms were all upstairs. Would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay, we liked the location and the ski in and ski out was great for the kids and all of us. Checking in was the easiest we`ve ever had. We didn`t have to find an office and wait in line, just walked right into the condo. Likewise checkout was just as easy, just leave the keys on the counter. It was a bit far to walk back to the condo from the village and uphill. Brad was most helpful with our questions and the plunger. Our stay at the condo was great. The three bedrooms for 5 of us gave us plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pots allowing us to easily cook our meals. The upstairs was a little warm as our days we pretty warm in June. We would stay there again and would recommend. well stocked kitchen (except no salt), clean rooms/ beds. we had two families staying here 4 adults/ 4 kids. The only downside was having a bathroom to “share” upstairs between the two big rooms. The other bathroom with shower was on the main level—which is challenging in the middle of the night with a toddler. Loved having the ability to literally ski in and ski out–a huge plus for us. Also great having a ski-locker on the level where you came in/ came out of the condo to leave our skis. Not a lot of parking out front–> be sure to park in designated slots–we didn’t get a citation, but saw several other cars that parked in the wrong place and had tickets on their windshields. We had a blast here! Decent sized place with room for 8 skiers and snowboarders. Awesome balcony and picture window views of the mountain. This place is true walk out ski in! It was about a 50 yard walk to Right-O-Way, slipped the skis on and off we went to Gondola square. The T-Bar (bar) was a 2 minute walk from the first floor. You can easily ski right to the entrance of the condo building at the end of the day and the equipment lockers are located conveniently on the first floor. This condo was an excellent value for the location and convenience to the slopes, and the size of the condo was great for our family of 6. With 3 bedrooms upstairs, everyone had a comfortable bed and the downstairs had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed the large HDTV to watch in evening, and the hot tub in the complex was never crowded and always clean. The views from the balcony were fantastic from the 5th (top) floor. This is a lovely condo. We had two families of four stay here and we did not feel cramped. The two levels help everyone to have their own space. The kitchen had lots of basic supplies (spices, etc.) which made cooking easy. There is one full bath downstairs (with tub) and another full bath upstairs (big shower, no tub), with sinks/vanities in the two main bedrooms (not the bunk room). There is a ski locker on the level where you exit the building, which was super convenient. We did not use the hot tub (it’s pretty small for a big group). This was our first time to Steamboat so we weren’t sure how easy it would be to walk to the base area – it’s very easy! About a 5 minute walk. And you can walk to the slopes in about 2 minutes.
