Wonderful!

Enjoyed the pools and other amenities.

Its was beautiful and peaceful. Not only were the staff pleasant but all the guest were amazing as well

The property was wonderful! We loved how big our unit was and all the amenities this place had to offer! We would stay there again!

Booked same (or so I thought) as in 10-2021. I don't remember the name of the bldg but we were I believe on the 6th floor with a poolside view. Our room this time was in a different bldg (Areca) lower floor and street view. We were moved to a poolside room in the same bldg after making the request at the front desk. My suggestion is to know the names of the bldgs on the property. Trip was good.

Apartment was lovely. Kitchen had very utensil and pottery one could need and paper towels and coffee starter set. Bathrooms had essentials for the first couple of days. Plenty of towels and hand towels, and more were delivered upon request midstream in out stay. TVs in living room and bedrooms were all great to have…beds were comfortable…washer and dryer in unit were huge for all the swimming and beaching that we did. Crib and high chair for our infant was great. Never had to communicate mid-stay with owner for anything. We had a wonderful stay…absolutely zero complaints!!

Great service from the nice people at the help desk. Really friendly and accommodating. Everyone was great. Best part about the resort is its staff and their genuine hospitality.

The resort was exactly as described. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. We especially enjoyed the many amenities especially the pool and hot tubs. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

We chose this resort because my husband had a conference 5 min up the road that coincided with my kids' Spring Break. He went to that while we hung out at the pool, played mini golf and bingo, and did some of the crafts they offered (they painted ceramics, other choices the week we were there were tie dying, sand art, and canvas or wine glass painting). My kids LOVED the ice cream socials. We stayed in one of the buildings that overlooks the main pool, so it was very convenient to run back up to the room whenever needed. The room itself had everything we could have asked for. The kids had their own room and bathroom so we could all spread out. There's a walmart across the street where I grabbed breakfast and lunch supplies, and most nights we got takeout for dinner (lots of nearby options). We went to the beach one day but didn't end up using the amenities at the sister resort. With as crowded as the beach area was, I think staying where we did and driving in was the best. I would definitely stay there again!

Just what I expected

During check-in, they pushed the Timeshare relentlessly.…check in was supposed to be at 4 - Rooms weren’t ready until 5:30. Resort was very far from the beach. Neighborhood was not the best. Staff was not very friendly.

The customer service here was horrible I would never recommend this place in a million years to anyone staff was miserable and beyond unhelpful

The room was in excellent condition. It was truly home away from home with all the amenities needed. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans. The decor was very updated creating a nice and cozy atmosphere.

The property has several activities for the kids to play and a several adult friendly amenities. They have a mobile CVS! Best item overall:)The location is perfect! Will be a returning guest!

We had an issue getting in at 4 o’clock. Room Was not ready. The manager of housekeeping was very good… He came and saw how it was and gave us an upgrade facing the pool. Everything was great… Unfortunately Two of us have Covid but that was not any fault of your place.

The suite met all our needs for 3 adults. Plenty of space and very clean. We needed a place in the area to visit with and care for family, so we didn't have time to take advantage of amenities or activities, of which there are many. The only negative was the hard sell to schedule a timeshare pitch meeting which we declined, several times. We were able to overlook it because the room 100% met our needs and was a great value.

Beau resort, belle appartement. Petit bémol. Ma chambre devait être prête dès 16h. Malheureusement, j'ai dû attendre jusqu'à 19h pour la récupérer.

Owner was very responsive in booking process and questions prior to the trip. Property is clean and staff is very nice. Something to point out for those that don’t like couch beds. This one was very comfortable. Thick mattress.

We were staying in Florida to help our daughters swim team. It was great to have a full kitchen that we could cook in. Everyone was so helpful. It was close to everything and far enough away from the crazy beach traffic.
