Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel 4-5 big trips and year and have been to many tropical locations. I typically rent a upper level unit for less bugs. But oh my 1,000 of termites, cockroaches very large wher on the beautiful kitchen counter,Crawling out of the whole first floor level floor boards, a gecko lizard and termites where on the upstairs pillow. The next day the regular staff came and set traps, but the bugs continued for a few more days. And we had three very large, 3 inch cockroaches, climbing the walls and flying around at night. My husband and I had to cover heads at night. they were nice enough to bring us a fruit basket after talking to a few owners at the location. They felt that you probably had skipped the bug spray that was offered two weeks before this. It would be nice if we could be compensated for one full night. You did allow us to extend our stay until 5 PM which was helpful as we had a 9 PM flight, we did love the location in the condo itself but probably would not rent again from you due to this significant amount of bugs. I’m used to a few and I’m used to ants, but this was thousands of bugs all over life when we arrived late at night.

Loved having the corner space and the upper views of the ocean, saw whales breach a few times. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, washer and dryer worked great. Was supplied with enough we didn't need to go buy anything extra. Location is pretty central. Beach and pool where nice, pickle ball patrons are very strict about starting at 8 and the court was always packed until about 11. Overall great place to stay.

This is our first visit to Hawaii. This was an excellent location and jumping point for several of our outings: Haleakala Sunrise - Summit (1.5 hr) Road to Hana (25 min to beginning), golf at Kapalua (45 min), and beaches. The unit was laid out well, up to date decor, well equipped, and easily accommodated 4 adults (parents, high schooler, college student). The lanai faced ocean and we were able to enjoy watching the active public pickleball matches and savor the stunning sunsets every night of our stay. Definitely will recommend to any family and friends traveling to Maui. Thank you for the hospitality!

The condo was clean upon arrival and was well stocked with kitchen appliances & utensils. We had a few maintenance issues with sliding doors but the management team was quick to address & fix. Unfortunately a major storm came thru while we were there & we came home to the condo to some water leak issues. The wind & rain combo allowed water to come in thru the louvered windows in the loft (master bedroom). The water travelled across the loft floor and somehow thru the electrical to the kitchen island lights which was uncomforting to say the least. After further inspection it looks like this issue has happened before due to water marks on the ceiling & walls. The maintenance team came but there was really nothing they could do. I awoke to being rained on in the middle of the night and had to squeeze in the twin bed with my son. The louvered windows probably need to replaced with a more solid alternative to avoid this happening in the future. I realize this was due to the crazy storm but it is an issue that should be addressed. I was disappointed that the property manager was aware of the situation & difficulties and didn't offer any sort of compensation for our troubles.

My 65 year old mother, brother and I (mid 30s) had an amazing experience with this property. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived with some local Hawaiian goodies to snack on before we made it to the grocery store. The view cannot be beat. I enjoyed watching the pickleballers play in the mornings from the balcony, sipping my coffee with the ocean set in the background. There is a narrow beach that you can take walks on and many people enjoy the sunset from the sand. We walked about a half a mile to the right and found that sea turtles rest on the rocks near the sand in the evening. I was beautiful to watch. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are recently renovated and very clean. ACs are powerful. Smart TVs. Property manager is extremely responsive and pleasant. Location is great a short drive to fancy Wailea, Lahaina, Road to Hana, Haleakala Volcano. It felt central to everything. The only thing to note is there is no elevator on the property which wasn’t a problem for us walking three flights, but this might be difficult if an elderly family member is traveling with you. THANK YOU for an amazing stay!

We so enjoyed our stay and the location of our unit. The view is the best and we will be back. Not big issues but we did find the AC unit on the lanai a distraction since it blew hot air on us while on the deck. Also, one of the lanai chairs was broken. All in all a great place and location.

This unit was everything we were looking for and more. We all play pickleball, and the pickleball at Waipulani Park is supposed to be the best on Maui. From our balcony, we could see how many courts were free and who was playing. The good thing is that we could not hear the pickleball thwacks from inside the unit. (Oh, and we had gorgeous views of the sunset.). The unit was perfect for two couples: one upstairs bedroom and bath, and another on the ground floor. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed.

Good location, beautiful views, comfortable beds! Condo as pictured. Communication with host was prompt and smooth. Just a couple tips- little kids aren’t allowed in the hot tub & pack your own shampoo/conditioner & cooking spices/oils bc those are not provided. Overall great stay!

This property was perfect. Loved the location and the unit. It was well stocked with everything including all the necessary items like dish liquid, trash bags , coffee filters . great view!! . We had a great stay and felt very comfortable and clean in this vacation location. The sunset views were delightful. There were some nice ''extras'' such as beach towels, chairs and snorkel gear as well as use of washer/dryer. Just a note, not a problem, but the kitchen pantry was empty with the exception of salt and pepper. If you plan to cook, that is good to know ahead of time, as many places I have stayed often have some pantry basics. Overall, I would recommend this unit if you plan to stay in the area.

This is a beautiful centrally-located property. Newly-renovated, clean and spacious, and well stocked with glassware, cooking utensils, etc. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank-you for such a memorable family vacation!

Nice view of ocean and pickleball courts. Watched whales from the deck at breakfast. Easy access to walk on the beach. Some people swam there but was not very clear. Could see turtles swimming also. Close to other better snorkeling areas. We had a great time here. Other guests/residents were nice as was the pool.

Nice property. Location is very central. Listed as recently updated though a few things need some work: the air conditioner in the back bedroom was out and when fixed could not be controlled or turned off; and a few broken items - a chair on the lanai, a drawer off its slides, screens that were off track. Expect better for the price point.

We loved staying in this condo with our two young kids and would happily return. Pros: Nicely renovated condo with comfortable beds and new appliances and attractive finishes, great beach access and beautiful views from the living room and lanai, great pool/hot tub in complex. Cons: Upstairs master bedroom is a loft with no wall (great for traveling with kids, but not for those looking for more privacy); early-morning pickleball players at courts outside the lanai are audible from the unit; noisy a/c system; only 4 beach towels provided (meaning laundry every day).

There are SO many great things to say about our stay i'm honestly not sure where to start. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. It was modern yet cozy with views no matter what room you are in. The detail and artwork that went into every room was just as beautiful as the ocean view from the balcony. The location was also ideal for us because we were only a few steps away from the beach and a 5 minute ride away from shops / restaurants / resorts. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further! Can't wait to go back.

The upstairs bedroom is a loft and has no doors or walls that once someone is up and moving downstairs..you are awake too upstairs. Also it is not possible to completely block out morning light if that is of concern to you. Bring/buy extra shampoo, dish soap and laundry soap if you will be there for more than a few days. The Tennis/Pickleball courts which are right outside the condo were an extra bonus. Bring water shoes for the beach as there is coral/rocks in the water. Condo is very close to stores and restaurants within a short drive. Loved being able to take a walk on the beach each morning. Quiet complex overall.
