We had a lovely 7 night stay. Condo was clean and had a great view and quick beach access. There was some noisy construction during our stay but it wasn’t too disruptive. After noticing some missing towels and beach chairs, the property manager was quick to bring us new chairs and towels. Would stay there again during our next Maui visit.

This property was clean and close to so many amenities. Our family loved our visit. The condo could definitely be in upgrade of basic kitchen items including plates and more of them and also upgrading cooking tools And more plastic storage containers for food. We were warned of tiny bugs, and keeping our dry foods in plastic bags or containers which we did, but the tiny bugs were everywhere even in drawers esp in the kitchen and on walls. It was definitely liveable but would rather not have seen them.

Reviewer Comments: Yes this unit is a very short walk to the beach and what you can't see in the picture is that it is also across the street from a strip mall. Look at google maps! Pizza Hut gets deliveries at all times of the night and the maintanance people work during the night as well. I am used to no AC in Hawaii and I don't mind that but I am also used to peace and quiet and the gentle sounds of the ocean. You won't get that here. Super loud and chaotic. I wouldnt stay here again. The unit has AC but only for the front living room. The unit was uncomfortable and loud. Never agian.

This place was located in the perfect spot. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We had a blast hanging out at the beach together and our condo came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. We definitely plan to return again!

There's shopping, food and lots of low key things to do nearby. There's a surf school about a mile or 2 north that looks very fun! My parent stated at this location often, so when it was time for me to rent, I knew where I wanted to go. With 3 spacious bedrooms, a large living room and dining area and an updated kitchen. The lanai has 2 chaise lounges and a full dining table.Two bedrooms have queen beds, the thirds bedroom has 2 twin beds and the washer/dryer, and there is a sleep sofa in the living room. I could not speak more highly of this unit. We left as scheduled on Wednesday morning, and we are praying for the people of Maui.

We had a wonderful time on Maui, and the condo was a great home-base. It was comfortable and spacious. The location is a major plus. We loved that the beach was only a 3-minute walk as well as was located where quite a few good eats were close by. And it was centrally located to take day trips. We would definitely stay again.

We were able to walk to breakfast, cross the street to watch beautiful sunsets and have shave ice treats all within easy reach.

Street noise bothersome. Stores convenient. Beach great. Pool ok.

Kamaole Beach Royal #212 exceeded our expectations. We travelled to Maui with our sons and their girlfriends and this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo was absolutely perfect. The condo accommodated all of us space-wise. It is well laid out and very comfortable. The roof-top BBQ came in handy and the kitchen was well-stocked. The in-suite washer/dryer was definitely appreciated since we stayed for 2 weeks. The lanai was a great place to have a morning coffee and read. As advertised, the unit also provided beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, a small cooler and beach umbrella and towels. The unit is located right across the street from Kamaole Beach #1 and has a beautiful view of the ocean. There are shops and restaurants all around. We rented a van so having a parking spot included with the rental was a bonus. I highly recommend this vacation rental for anyone looking for a place in S Kihei for 4-6 people.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed in this unit with our Son, his wife and our 2 granddaughters. there was plenty of room and everything worked perfectly. The location was close to everything we needed and even though we had rented a vehicle we could have gotten by without one. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well as a couple of smaller grocery stores and liquor outlets. The rooftop BBQ area has excellent views and is fantastic for preparing meals. There are plenty of tables and room to enjoy your meal on the roof as well.

Window air conditioner in living room keeps the living area nice and comfortable. However you do need fans for the two rear bedrooms to be comfortable temperature was over 85° when we stayed in Maui

Beautiful unit but better suited for 4 people instead of 6. The sofa bed though new was uncomfortable and very loud. It made a loud noise every time you switched sides, a loud rubber kind of noise. Otherwise this unit had everything for a beach vacation including chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, toys, lots of dinnerware and glasses, huge tv, air condition. We really enjoyed our stay here besides the 2 people who slept on the sofa bed.

Rentals Maui was great to work with. There was a problem with our first condo and they gave me other options and we ended up in a beautiful condo right on a golf course with ocean views. Couldn’t ask for anything more

Our unit was clean, had all the items we needed to go to the beach, cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and fit six people. The two bathrooms were good sized. Location was great and had a lot amenities within walking distance from it and the beach is right across the street.

Our original property was not available last minute and this space was given to us and we were very happy with it. It was nice to have the amenities available to enjoy the pool and to be close distance to the beach. With a grandmother and toddler (2) we did have to drive to the beach but there’s parking available. The lanai was a lovely aspect that we used daily and we enjoyed our stay.

This location was breathtaking, clean, filled with everything you need from pots, pans, extra comforters etc and all very clean. There was a washer and dryer in the unit for conscience. The only recommendation is to add an additional window unit in the back bedrooms. Otherwise this was the best process at checkin I ever had. Parking was fine but if you come back late you may be abit further away. We loved this unit so much we requested to stay longer!

Our only suggestion is that maybe get a couple ductless AC units for bedrooms 2 and 3. The AC just doesn't reach that far and the fans weren't able to cool the rooms completely. There were a couple fans we used but they just pushed warm air around.

Other than that one thing there are zero complaints. We will be renting 212 again.

This condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and had all of the amenities listed. The kitchen was fully stocked which allowed us to have home-cooked meals with the family around the dinner table, inside and outside. The a/c worked great which helped when coming in out of the sun. Perfect location in relation to the airport, grocery store and dock for excursions. A 2 minute walk to the beach meant we didn't miss a single sunset.
