Stacy, the property owner, was wonderful to work with. Everything was perfect. The home was well stocked, including the kitchen with everything you need if you’d like a night in to cook at the house. The home was also very clean. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with new builds. A safe place to go for an early morning walk/run. Close to CSU and a quick drive to all the restaurants and shops. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again. Highly recommend!

Our group of 6 was quite comfortable in the condo. Location was great, short drive to Old Town and breweries. Was nice to have garage access for parking cars.

Check in was a little weird because the front of the house is on a different street than the address for the house. The garage is at the back of the condo and that is the address given but the code for the door lock is for the front door, House was clean and adequately provisioned.

Well located, easy to get everywhere we everywhere. Kitchen is well equipped. Very nice to have a garage, remote would be appreciated.

We loved that this place was only a short drive to downtown Ft. Collins and the CSU campus. The beds were wonderfully comfortable.

Unfortunately, we had to cancel our trip due to several families getting sick. Stacy was quick to communicate with us. Hope to be able to reschedule and stay in Ft Collins at her place.

House has a lot to offer. Good location to Old Town. Beds are comfortable and able to use the garage. Nice to have coffee provided. More towels and bath mats are a suggestion.

Fort Collins was fantastic, and this little home was pretty close to everything we needed to see. Trails, Old Town, shops, restaurants, they were all close. Be sure to drop into Totally '80s Pizza and Josh and John's for the BEST ice cream I've ever had. Purple Mountains Majesty is a magical flavor. So great.

Had some minor problems which were promptly addressed by Property Manager.
Would certainly use it again. Fort Collins is a beautiful city, well worth a visit and close to Rocky Mountain NP.

This is a great property, very comfortable, convenient. We ate most meals out of the house, but the space, beds and bathrooms all more than met our needs.

Property was very clean and beds were very comfortable. However, the kitchen is not stocked for cooking. Very limited on cooking utensils, serving spoons, bowls to make salad. No blender or storage containers for food. It would be nice to have some everyday spices on hand. Suggestion would be spend a little money and make kitchen more functional.

My family and I enjoyed our stay a lot! The location was great, property was well maintained and equipped, and the host team did an excellent job communicating. Great location for a family to stay and very child friendly home. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property was exactly as it was depicted in the pictures. The property manager communicated often and was easy to contact. The property was in close proximity to all the great things Fort Collins has to offer...breweries, shops, restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

I really would like to leave a 5 star but…
Place was very clean, easy access, and quiet. There was a glitch, but Stacy got it taken care of right away. The only thing I would recommend is to provide more silverware, Kleenex, plastic wrap and foil. Minor things, but I think the renter shouldn’t have to provide paper goods when you’re staying a week..
