Wonderful location with walking distance to downtown. Spacious bedrooms with en-suite bath were clean and well stocked. Kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

We love staying at Waterside and had terrific service from Vacasa. The condo itself has seen better days and was not suitable for a stay longer than a week. It would be find for a week if you weren't planning to do much in the way of cooking, or working. A lot of noise from the restaurant below (the speakers are attached to the ceiling directly below the floor of the condo) and the compressor on the roof cycles on and off all night long.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a condo in downtown Steamboat Springs, CO, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The condo was not only cozy, clean, and comfortable but also incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore all that downtown Steamboat has to offer. The communication with the management company was excellent, ensuring a seamless and stress-free stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in the heart of Steamboat Springs.

This property has an excellent location and is reasonably nice. That said, he finishes are getting a little dog-eared and the unit wasn’t as clean as it should be. For example, the grout/caulk in the master shower is a bit gross, and I found a dead fly in one of the kitchen drawers. A property manager, who’s on top of the tails could take this from a good to a great rental.

We love staying in downtown Steamboat where we are in walking distance to town and to the path along the river and the trails on Howelsen Hill. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and has always met our needs.

The property is cute and clean. The property is a second story property.
Also, I was the during the week and the neighbor played music loudly until well after midnight. The views were great of the Yampa from the living room and the master. I couldn't enjoy those views due to the music banging the walls, let alone sleep. I will not stay here again.

Waterside Village B was amazing.Our beautiful condo was convenient to everything and the unit had comfortable beds and a great kitchen.Our dog Tod travels with us and loved it as well.It had everything we needed for a restful stay.Would stay again.❤️

This home was so comfortable for our family of 4. The home itself was perfect, having multiple places to eat dinner and play games. Having air conditioning was nice, as it was a very hot week. It was also great to have free parking for 2 cars. We could walk to every restaurant in town; we barely drove during our stay.
The best part, however, is the location. We tubed the Yampa every day, just walking up the street and getting out near the apartment. It was so nice to just walk out the door in our swimsuits with our tubes. We could also see the ski jumpers practicing at Howelsen Hill from the balcony patio!

Great Location
The property was just as pictured. A great location with a view of the Yampa river and Howelson ski mountain. An easy walk to restaurants, shopping and walking trail. Easy parking at property

Great location and nice space for family
The location was great and the condo is was very nice on the inside with a lot of space. We were able to easily access the bus to the Steamboat ski resort. The garaged was also very nice and heated. Would have rated it 5 stars other than the restaurant directly below, Primrose, has music pumping day and night until 10:30 or 11 pm that can be heard on the first and second floors of the condo. We communicated this concern to the host, Vacasa, through the VRBO app and they never responded. I think it's important for the hosts to respond promptly though the system that was used to make the reservation. Every night we called the restaurant to ask them to turn it down and they did, but they would start every day off on the higher volume. The host needs to have a conversation with the restaurant on this so future guests don't have the same issue.

Nice stay
We really enjoyed the home. Great beds and comfy furniture. Very good communication and support from Turnkey. Liked real metal pans as compared to scratched non-stick pans which many rentals have. Great location along river.

Lovely
Utterly delightful stay! Beautifully appointed interior with spacious rooms overlooking the Yampa river and practice ski runs. Below condo are several convenient restaurants. The condo is located on the same street as the farmers market. So you have a downtown location with a beautiful nature view. We received numerous e mails about information with regards to the stay with no problems accessing the entry. Clean as a whistle and my oh my the hot water and water pressure was divine. Parked our car in the safety of the unit’s garage. We’ll be back next summer.

Entry to the condo and access to the manager with any questions was top notch . There’s even a video of how to unlock the door, but it was unnecessary because entry was easy. Restaurant s and shopping is just one block away. Also very clean. We will be back!!

Spring Skiing
Super location that allows walk to restaurants plus views of Howlesen Hill and the Yampa River. The property was very clean, organized and has excellent room sizes. open flowing floor plan. Kitchen has great counter space, layout and laundry room is adjacent. Spacious bedrooms upstairs...overall, this property has a great floor plan and deck too. (Feedback - knives in the knife block are very difficult to use and almost hazardous when trying to cut veggies. Also, the music from the restaurant below does travel up to the unit, slightly annoying.) I would still book this property again.

The unit is located across the street from a nice walkway along the Yampa River and a block away from a nice park. All in all we had a terrific stay and would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a very nice place in Steamboat Springs!

We had a wonderful time at this property. The beds were comfy and all the space we needed and then some. The Primrose restraunt downstairs was a must!
Great drinks, fabulous food and rock star service.
It was especially nice to have a garage that fit the xterra with the cargo rack.
Definitely would visit again.
