The house is very large and perfect for families. We had 8 adults (4 couples) and 3 children. There was plenty of space, we never felt cramped. The deck and pool were great for hanging out! The house was clean although it could use a little updating. The refrigerator was our only issue, it wasn’t cold enough and didn’t make ice. A repairman came towards the end of our stay. Paula responded quickly to our questions

Well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. Large comfortable bedrooms have great separation with their own bathrooms. Pool area very nice. Easy bike ride to beach. Loved coffee on the front porch in the mornings.

The house was great for our extended family of 9 - nice pool, good location for beach or biking to S Beach or Harbor Town. We flew so having beach towels and chairs provided was so helpful. All around great week at 9 Old Military!

Hit the Masters practice day then on to HHI for a couple of days of golf. Got rained out one day but had two good rounds on Weds. We enjoyed the trip!

Great house in great location. walking/biking distance to beach and a few min drive to Harbor Town/South Beach. Would def stay here again.

Loved the home! We had 3 adults and 3 kids with us. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the week. We have stayed in Sea Pines multiple times and especially enjoyed this location. The bike paths off Greenwood Drive are our favorite and it is just a short bike ride to the beach as well as Harbortown. We paid extra to heat the pool and it was perfect, kids were in it multiple times each day despite the chilly weather. Only had one issue and host was very responsive. My only complaint is that it seemed a little dusty in places. You can tell they have a good cleaning staff, but may need more of a deep clean soon. I didn't notice at first but my allergies told me differently. Mainly noticed dust on tops of picture frames,microwave, etc.
Overall we loved it and had a great time! Would definitely consider staying her again.

"Restful retreat" is an accurate description of this property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with leisure paths for strolling around the plantation. Swings and patio furniture were nice accents around the pool and provided a nice place to gather after meals. The kitchen was even fully equipped with everything we needed. Just perfect!

This house was perfect and the location is great! Each bedroom has an in suite bathroom, which was wonderful since we all needed to get ready for a wedding at the same time.
Walking or biking to and from the beach was very easy from the house, even with small kids.
The hostess was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing space, great flow, short bike ride to everything Sea Pines has to offer. This was a perfect rental for our extended family. We will be back.

We came for Thanksgiving week with 10 of us including 4 kids. We all had a wonderful time! The house location is perfect. It was very spacious and clean. Communication was before, during and after our trip was easy and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Sea Pines! The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our family and we were deeply appreciative! The home is lovely and well maintained with pool in the back and short drive to both Harbor town and the beach club. You are also a short drive from Coligny beach where we enjoyed the HHI lantern festival! Highly recommend - will definitely stay again!

This was our first family vacation in 15 years. My daughter is in the military so it makes it hard to get together. While we were there my daughter was married on the beach by my son. This was a great house, great location and filled with great memories!!!! I was a little nervous because everyone said Hilton Head was for golfers, which we are not, and had the best time. We even went to Savanah one day.

Wonderful location in tranquil Sea Pines neighborhood. Close to bike path. Short walk to private beach. Beach wagon with beach chairs, towels, toys (missing beach umbrellas though). Huge front porch with rocking chairs and porch swing. Plenty of space inside to spread out. One bedroom had sleeping loft which our 3 year old grandson loved. 2 dining areas indoors, and one on the patio, all large enough for family of 8. Wonderful heated pool with pool floats, and lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great stay! Beautiful home and the communication and check in process was so easy. We very much enjoyed the pool! I do have to note that there was a strong musty smell in the fourth bedroom over the garage, but it's my understanding that the owners are in aware and in process of addressing this! The bedroom itself is very athletically pleasing! All the other bedrooms were great. Lovely front porch and we very much enjoyed the pool! Wonderful location and easy walk to the beach!

Our family had a wonderful time on our first but not last trip to Hilton Head. The house was beautiful, clean, and the pool area was fabulous!
The host Paula was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze. This location is perfect.
We will defiantly be back.

Family enjoyed the home, plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and floats. Plenty of parking for four vehicles. Enjoyed the big front porch with a swing and rocking chairs. Cooked out on nice grill one night. It is a great home for a family vacation. Pool was a good size. Our family enjoyed it. Thanks for a great vacation.

We would definitely recommend this rental. Overall great value, location was perfect, plenty of space, and stocked with all the things we needed for our stay.
The room above the garage was a little musty/mildew smelly at first but it cleared up after a day. Must have been empty for a while. It ended up not being a problem! We loved the pool :)

Loved the layout of the beautiful home and grounds. The pool area and front porch were especially nice for gatherings.
Accommodations were perfect for eveyone in our group of 7 adults and 1 child. At 90, my father handled climbing the stairs without an issue! Appreciated the beach towels, beach wagon and beach chairs. Our son and grandson enjoyed the pool floats! Also appreciated the get started supplies. Only thing missing was cone shaped coffee filters. We made do with our basket style until we got to the conveniently located grocery store!
Hope to stay again with dryer, warmer weather! Maybe the cute dolphin fountain will be operational then. We understand issues with obtaining specialized parts. It didn't keep us from enjoying the pool. Loved the swing by the pool!

This was our first trip with our first granddaughter and we enjoyed every minute! The accommodations were beautiful with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and a beautiful pool area. The kitchen was large and well stocked and with a baby along we were thankful for the very large washer and dryer! Wonderful host-we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable setting surrounded by trees, the swings on the front porch and beside the pool and the location. There was a lot of room in the house. We liked being able to take chairs and beach toys in the wagon to the beach. It was just a great time with our children and grandkids!

We have just returned from a lovely stay at this home. The property manager was great to work with; very attentive and quick to respond to emails! The house is beautiful, very clean and in a wonderful location! We definitely want to rent again!

We had a great week at this property! The host was excellent with communication and very accommodating. It is a great house for multi families as one of the bedroom/bathrooms is in a separate wing of the home! Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay in this lovely home! There were four couples and we each had our own room and bathroom which was perfect. We enjoyed time on the big front porch, out by the pool and in the common living space. The location of this home was perfect for us as we rode our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. I can't say enough about Paula. She was extremely flexible and responded promptly to questions we had. We all hope to have a chance to stay here again!

This was an absolutely beautiful home, it was immaculate, and suited our group perfectly. Plenty of community spaces, and large size bedrooms - it was perfect for a family vacation. Centrally located to the Beach Club, South Beach, and Harbor Town. It is situated on a quiet street, and is a very peaceful retreat.

One of the nicest VRBO properties I have every stayed in. Good location, very clean, and tastefully decorated home. The pool area was great! Loved it. Paula handled any issue we had immediately and professionally. We will be back next year.

We loved this home! It was incredibly clean, well-appointed and in a great, quiet location. The beds were comfortable, the jetted tub was wonderful, the backyard was spacious and lovely. We appreciated the extra beach towels as the week prior we had stayed at a huge house directly on the ocean and for 8 people they had only offered 2 beach towels. This home had about 20 available for use. The walk to the beach was just about 10 minutes. The kitchen was had most everything we needed, when I text the owner about a very minor request - (salt and pepper) she delivered them to the house immediately (which was totally unexpected). This was a wonderful home and we will absolutely be back!

Several ladies shared a girls trip weekend at this amazing home. So peaceful, private & tropical yet not far from so much. Loved the proximity to the bike path & beach…best beach for walking, no shells or rocks to dodge. The Nectar Restaurant was amazing for breakfast…must try their pancake & warm syrup. The house was better than described & Everyone of us enjoyed every minute.
