Pool, game room and large tv room was great for a large family gathering. Location was great for the National and city parks. The house could use reading lights in bedrooms and living room.

Had a great stay on the property. Everything was seemless. Easy to get ubers to and from locations.

My group was in town for Magic30. The rental was clean, easy to check in to, and Rosie was super easy and nice to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here and would totally stay here again.

Our group definitely had fun in Las Vegas. However, regarding the accommodations they could have been better. Value and cleanliness just were not there. The property had a lot of fees associated with our stay on top of the standard. Our fees were 35% of the total cost. When approaching 900 dollars a night you would expect luxury type accommodations. The overall cleanliness was not there. A picture posted on the cabinet end said it all with a saying something to the effect "A clean house is the sign of a dull woman." Carpet was dirty and really needs to be removed and replaced with hard surfaces to take this property to the next level. As well other than the master bedroom shower the other showers and bathrooms need to be seriously updated. The outdoor space is definitely up to par except for the fire pit chairs. As others have mentioned they are in really bad shape and almost to the point of not being useable. We have stayed in many VRBOs in the past and understand the challenges of owners. Thank you Rosie for opening your home and would say if these issues are addressed you will have many return visitors.

This was such a beautiful home. I can't complain about anything. we traveled with two toddlers and a 7 mo old and it was a perfect location and the yard was so much fun

Great property in a quiet neighborhood, back of the property is open area so only 1 immediate neighbor. Back yard oasis! Great pool with nice grass area and mature landscaping which provides nice shade(which is super important in the heat of the desert!) overall a nice place!

Overall wonderful property with all the amenities you could ask for! We will definitely stay here again! The fire pit chairs really need to be updated though.

The location was comfortable. It was our first time staying at a Vbro. Check in and out was great. Our children loved the place. Only down fall was that there was a storm in Las Vegas. The umbrellas flew off and there was damage to them. The pool also got very dirty. We purchased the insurance for the home and think it covers it. However we were charged for the damage done by storm by the owner and I’ve explained to her about the storm. She said she would call insurance to see how it works. 3weeks later and I’m still waiting for her response back. I just hate leaving a bad impression or review. Future tenants, we followed all the rules listed and we were shocked to hear we were blamed for storm damages.

We celebrated my husbands birthday, there were 8 of us, lots of extra room! The poolside was amazing, even had misters! The game room was lots of fun as well. Easy access to downtown via Uber. Quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy.

Loved the house. Very nice. We would love to stay there again. Close to the strip, very comfortable.

Rosie was amazing the whole time and the place was perfect to relax by the pool and enjoy family.

The house is very much as pictured. It was very comfortable, the A/C was incredible & the beds were amazing! Plenty of room for our group of 9. Rosie was very quick with communication & helpful with everything. My only con I would say is the pool furniture definitely needs to be upgraded. The loungers were a concern & felt very unsafe to lay down on. Overall we had a great time.

Rosie's home was a wonderful getaway for our group -- complete with all the amenities and space we needed. She was accommodating to our needs and was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this rental for any Vegas stay.

My friends and partner loved staying in this home! The house is super clean and the pool was incredible. They have full size bunk beds in two bedrooms and my friends said they were really comfy! The master suite was cozy, but the shower was the star lol. Only about 15 minutes from the strip and Lyfts/Ubers had no issues finding us. 10/10 recommend :)

The property was a perfect size for our group size. However, when we arrived the pool was supposed to have been heated as we paid the extra cost in advance for this service. The pool service showed up late in the evening to start warming the pool. So we missed a entire stay hanging out at the pool. The next day the landscaper showed up mid day and starting lawn mowers, blowers and noise for 2-3 hours and then blew leaves into the pool and left. There was also a shortage of bath towels. We went looking for them and found dirty ones hanging behind the bathroom and bedroom doors. The kitchen was not stocked with enough paper towels, trash bags or sponges to clean up after ourselves (had to go buy some at the grocery store). There was no information noted online or at the house on how to adjust the airflow. The first night everyone had complained it was so hot , it was unbearable. We contacted the property owner (manager) and asked how to adjust the heat as it was operated by wifi and we were not sure how to adjust it. We also told her about the lack of towels and cleaning supplies and she proceeded to get defensive with us and acted like we were bothering her. She proceeded to tell us that the pool guys was suppose to come earlier and the landscape company usually comes earlier in the week. We also mentioned to her that there were several lights in the house were out and she proceeded to argue that her father was out there the week before and said he had taken care of them. Last but not least the last the day before we checked out she email a list of things we had to do before we left the house. 1) collect the towels, rugs and all bedding and put them in the washroom, take all trash out to bin and put the bin out to the street as it was trash day when we left. Put all dirty dishes in dish washer and turn it on. Why did we have to pay a cleaning fee if we are having to do most of the cleaning before we leave? There was no information anywhere in the house stating where anything was and how to adjust airflow. I've stayed in several VRBO but never experienced this before. The property manager (owner) seemed bothered by our simple needs to enjoy our stay. Needless to say we were very disappointed.

I invited 6 ladies to help celebrate my 60th birthday. This home was perfect for our celebration with lovely decor, beds for all, a beautiful pool, well stocked kitchen. The home was very clean and comfortable, probably the nicest VRBO I've ever rented! It would have been nice to have an instruction book with information about obtaining supplies (we had to purchase a small amount of TP and paper towels and ran out of garbage bags, not a big deal, we made it work) and the check out procedure, etc. The homeowner was very flexible with us about check in and check out times. We all came from different states and our flights were staggered. Rosie made it easy for some of us to either check in a little early or stay late as needed for the convenience of not having to spend hours waiting at the airport. We very much appreciated this! She was very responsive to our many text messages and helpful, easy to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend this property, would definitely stay here again! Thank You!!!

The property was fairly close to the online description. Working with the property manager was very easy. Overall our stay was very good. Two thoughts for improvement. Pool furniture was worn out (bar chairs and firepit). However, while there it appeared new furniture was arriving. Also, a book with details on the location of consumables (toilet paper, cleaning stuff) would have helped. Ended up purchasing items only to find them in a closet nearby.

It was nice. Unfortunately the tv outside and in the master bedroom didn’t work. Overall it was great!

We played in a hockey tournament at City National Arena. Very close location to the rink with very good amenities. Rosie was very helpful through the entire stay and the boys enjoyed the pool and basketball court.

The house was wonderful. A lot of activities which include the pool and hockey tables. The weather was too cold to use the heated pool but it was nice. The outdoor area was perfect as well. Overall a fun experience.

An excellent stay at this property for 2 families (4 Adults and 5 kids aged 12-16). Excellent very large yard and extensive range of on-site games/activities. Comfortable beds/bedding and well setup kitchen. Wonderful shower in Master ensuite. Quiet residential neighborhood and very little noise in general from the property. Access to biking/walking paths right from back gate. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great, just 20 minutes from strip. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean and organized home with lots of entertainment. Host made it very comfortable and easy to relax and enjoy all that Vegas has to offer! Would recommend and stay again!

It was fun to meet up with extended family and enjoy this house, the pool, the games and the location convenient to playgrounds, coffee shops, grocery stores, and an easy drive down to the strip for a show.

Stayed here as part of a Vegas golf trip. Great place to unwind after playing.

House was clean and has a great layout. Short, easy drive to the stripe without having to stay in the middle of it. I traveled with teenagers and the house was perfect. In a safe location and the house offers so much to do. Rosie was an amazing host! Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I have stayed at a lot of VRBOs all over the country and this one was one of my favorites. Will definitely be staying here again. Would highly recommend it for anyone traveling with teenagers/kids or more than one family. Would be a great girl's weekend getaway!
