Property was very clean and many details were thought of. We love the area. Having the golf cart is great. And communication was top-notch.

This property has more amenities than we had expected. The owners went out of their to make sure we had everything we needed! Location is great and less crowded than the southern part of the Island which we enjoyed, but still plenty of things to do.

Superb gated community with virtually everything you would need. Excellent communication throughout.

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had everything needed for your beach vacation and so convenient to everything! Our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved it! The only thing I would suggest is paying the fee for the golf cart at the state park, raise the rent to cover the cost and it would be an added bonus for the renters. Overall loved our stay!

Perfect for our family. We loved the condo and our stay at Hilton Head. The kids loved the welcome bag and the snacks came in handy for our long travel.

Our family of 7 including a two year old had a great time in the Villa on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was clean and updated. Great location to go to the beach or the pool. The golf cart was an added bonus. The screened in porch was a great place to play games. Renata was extremely responsive to a couple of issues. Looking forward to a return trip. We loved everything about our stay. The home was comfortable for everyone, loved the screen porch, and loved being able to take the golf cart to the beach. Would absolutely stay again. Unfortunately normally Tuesdays a day where I can come drag my feet get in late but I can’t this time right now I should be able to get out of there and I’m gonna shoot to be out of there by like three 330 just to be home anytime Wednesday Wednesday as a potential of being a really long day possibly dinner afterwards at work.

This property met our needs in a superior way. We look for cleanliness, updated decorating and furniture. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Many extras. We have been visiting HH 50+ years and this rental rates 5+ on 1-5 scale.

Loved the property. The golf cart was awesome to take to the beach. Lots of beach toys, chairs, etc which was very helpful. Our family LOVED the screened in porch. We played games and had meals out there multiple times per day! Super sweet owners with great communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This is the only home I will consider when returning to Hilton Head. Extremely comfortable, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and watching the golfers on the 7th fairway. Having a golf cart was so convenient to carry everything down to the beach area. If you’re into golf, the beach or just sitting by the pool, this is the place for you. M Murphy

Absolutely everything about the description of this home was spot on. It was very spacious for the whole family including my 3 year old. It was quiet, at the end of the neighborhood which has a nice view of the golf course from the screened in porch. Lots of board games, cookware, bedding, and a sweet tote bag of goodies! They have a very thorough manual with suggestions on the island and maps to help navigate through the neighborhood. The beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, AND golf cart was the icing on top! The pool was perfect and never busy when we went. The AC worked beautifully in the home, and the shower/bed in the master was wonderful. There were so many little details in this home which made our stay just that much smoother and just perfect! I can’t say enough great things about this home and the easy communication with Renata. Honestly, the best place you’ll stay on the island! Thank you!!

There is so much to love about this home! Spacious, clean, convenient and comfortable, we had a wonderful stay here. The beds are all very comfortable, the showers have excellent water pressure and the location cannot be beat. The golf cart made everything so much easier too. Quick drive to the beach and the pool on the golf cart, both of which are honestly within walking distance (pool 5-7 min walk, beach 10-15). Would definitely stay here again!

My family stayed here for a week and celebrated my 40th birthday as well. We had a great time. The Villa is perfect. Very clean…Has everything you will need. The beds were extremely comfortable. Better than most luxury hotels I’ve been to. The golf cart is a great addition to get to the beach. The owners were quick with any questions we had. They also had the sweetest welcome gift and extra goodies for my 2 year old that thoroughly enjoyed his stay. Don’t hesitate to book here. You won’t be sorry.

I cannot say enough good things about this villa and the hosts of this property. It is exactly as described. The villa was well stocked, beautiful and immaculate. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with, answering all questions prior to vacation. The golf cart and screened in porch are definitely a bonus. Great location, too! The villa was wonderful and exactly as described. Check-in was effortless and communication with the owners was exceptional. Very nicely equipped, you don't need to bring anything except your bathing suit!!

It was a great layout, 3bed/3bath allowed us to enjoy the beach and get ready for meals quickly. Quiet house at the end of the road. Had everything we needed for the week.

This property is a real treasure! We’ve been at many places at Hilton Head before but this one beats it all. Great house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, huge living room and the kitchen which has all needed stuff! All super clean and lovely. Nice back porch looking at the golf course, grill under the pines, light breeze, and no mosquitoes there! The golf cart is an awesome touch! You could walk to the beach ( will take around 10 minutes - there is a shortcut there right to the Islander’s beach park) but with the cart it’s just 5 minutes and a lot of fun! The owners have beach chairs, boards, and all the beach stuff in the outside closet too. We rented bikes and had a lot of fun riding to the beach and along the shore! Thank you for the awesome stay!

Took family including 18 month grandson to the beach. Property was great and exactly as described. Very quiet, plenty of room for 6 adults and an active toddler, and had everything we needed and more. Especially thankful for the use of golf cart, beach wagon, beach items, and all of the various things needed in the house to take care of a toddler (like pack and play and high chair) so we didn’t have to bring them. Host even left a nice welcome bag with snacks for all and bubbles/toys for the baby. A very nice touch! Host was very helpful and promptly addressed the only small issue that came up. Would highly recommend this rental!

Wonderful property. Updated, beautifully decorated, and includes absolutely everything you will need for a vacation. Very clean! We enjoyed our family vacation with our 3 teen daughters. Plenty of space, and the golf cart was great to ride back and forth to the beach. The owners were so sweet, and quick to respond to all messages. We will definitely return!

I’ve rented vacation homes, condos etc for years. This villa was among the best I’ve ever stayed! Very well equipped, very clean, great communication from the owners etc. We are already considering a return trip next year. That says a lot!

Newly remodeled, stylish 3 bedroom home, short walk to beach in quiet neighborhood. Peaceful area and home as all the amenities you need for a great vacation. Definitely will be back.

This property met all our needs and more. There were six of us and the space was well designed. Renata has given a lot of thought to the kitchen and we had everything and more that we needed. The king beds were very comfortable and it was nice that each couple had their own bathroom. The golf cart and beach items made for nice days at the beach. One thing to keep in mind if you’re flying in, is that Uber and Lyft are not reliable in the evening, we were fortunate that a taxi drove through that we could catch for $35.

My wife, 3 year old, and 10 month old booked an EXTREMELY last minute vacation in which we rushed out of the house, forgetting most everything we would need for the week. Upon arriving, I received a very warm welcome text stating that toddler plates, bowls, cups, and silverware were purchased specifically for our visit. ADDITIONALLY, a pack-and-play had been purchased along with appropriate bedding for our 10-month old. It was as if it was known we would be forgetting these things.... The condo was immaculate, the beds were almost TOO comfortable, and the welcome bag was a phenomenal touch holding all the snacks my kids love! The weather was colder (early April) so we spent a good portion of our time riding on the golf cart and watching the 100+ turtles swim in the lake across the street. There was even a small alligator that my son has mentioned EVERY SINGLE DAY for the 2.5 weeks we have been back home. We had a couple nice days for the beach and the supply closet in the carport had everything we could possibly need. Upon leaving, I forgot one of our baby monitors but it was shipped to us within the week. I attempted to book the same week for next year because we enjoyed it so much and I truly could not say enough positive things about our stay. I know we will find our way back soon.

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Screened porch was a plus overlooking the golf course. 2 king beds a definite bonus with 2 couples. Nice walk to the beach. Home owner responses to a minor issue was immediate and dealt witth quickly.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head Island. Totally enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. Everything in the spacious and beautifully decorated villa was just as described. We had everything we needed and more for our week long stay. Renata and Richie were welcoming, friendly and always accessible. We felt right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts made us feel welcome with fresh flowers and tasty snacks at arrival. The golf cart was great for access to a beautiful beach. Very close to golf in Port Royal, with one of the holes right out the back door. We were very pleased and look forward to our next visit.
