Road noise and strange smell when we entered the unit. Location was great

We came back 30 mins before checkin and asked if they were done in which the condo place said it was, But Turnkey had to give the okay to checkin. I was provided a number for Drew and I called him and asked if we could checkin and even pay extra and he said the cleaning crew was still cleaning the room. Obviously that was a lie. We ended up waiting in our car for the next 30 mins and right at 4pm we checked in and miracleouly the room was ready. We decided that we would never rent a place that is associated with Turnkey regardless of the accommodations.

Condo and property were clean and just as advertised. A few things that would improve the property to a higher rating for me. First, the recliner chair is broken which limits seating to the couch. Secondly, the master bed was to firm for me. The condo has a great location. It was really nice to be able to have a short walk to the base area.

The kitchen was nice, fireplace and living room were cozy and hot tub was great (just make sure to make a reservation 24 hours in advance ) I will say that the bed is NOT comfortable. It should be replaced sooner than later. Otherwise everything was lovely

Great location, shuttle to gondola was timely and convenient; quick walk to Wild Plum for a few groceries. The pool/hot tub were great to use as well. Only adjustments I'd make for the future -- please have a few spices on hand in the kitchen, and robes to get to/from pool would be appreciated. Beautiful condo!

Wonderful property within walking distance of the mountains. Clean home, with a wonderful kitchen, and two spacious bathrooms

This condo is very close to the Gondola. We were able to walk to get to it and the restaurants at the base of the mountain. The parking garage is heated and there is a ski locker located right next to the elevator.

Location of walk to slopes so ideal. Check in process a breeze. Unit very clean and as depicted in pictures. Stocked with spare paper and soap products a bonus. Courtesy shuttle on call although we rarely used it because can walk to base and had a car for grocery runs but next time might skip the car rental. Will stay again!
