We were in town to perform at a music festival and this house was the perfect spot for us to relax and regroup both before and after our show. It serves as a great “home base” for any downtown or downtown adjacent activities. Amber is a great host; super accommodating and friendly and an excellent communicator. The house has everything one might need and was very clean. Highly recommended!

This house is great for a stay but the location should be investigated. I thought it was a little easier to access downtown. There were not any places I could walk for restaurants or coffee in the morning. If that’s not important to you, not an issue, but it was for me. The house did have everything we needed for a 3 night stay and everything was clean. Plenty of linens and supplies in the kitchen. Plenty of bedrooms but the living area is pretty small. No big deal unless you just need more space for your family or friends.

Our family gathered for Christmas near our NC relatives and those of us out of state enjoyed a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen was well set up and we even cooked Christmas dinner at the house.

We were in town for a NC State graduation . I know for me the choices could be overwhelming . With no hesitation I would stay here again with my family . Super clean . Super comfortable and central location to all our needs .

The street is a little busy--the location is excellent! So close to our downtown engagement party venue. We loved that all the bedrooms are on the same level. We had grandparents as part of our group, so other than a few steps up the front door, easy for them to get around the house-even with one using a walker.

Stayed here during family weekend at NC State. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us, super cute and cozy, updated, modern, beautiful decor, and spotless when it came to cleanliness. Appreciated the house being stocked with the essentials. Interaction with the owner couldn't have been easier. Will plan to rent again when we have a long visit to NCSU!

This house looks like it has been recently updated and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The photos are true to what the house looks like. We spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the weather and watching the people go by. Would definitely recommend to our friends and will stay again when we are in the Raleigh area. Our family (2 grown kids, spouses and 5 month old granddaughter) went to Raleigh for my nephew’s wedding. The house we rented was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had a greenway and a couple of parks nearby that made the stay very enjoyable. We would happily stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Very clean, as advertised home. We had 7 adults and we had enough space. The living room area could have used 2 more chairs, but we just brought the kitchen chairs over, and it worked. Very nice property. Easy communication. We stay at a lot of vrbo properties and this was definitely one of the cleanest we have been to. Overall, a great spot.

This was a working trip for us. We needed to be close to the state capital, and this was perfect. Things were very clean and neighborhood was nice and quiet. Host communication was great. I hope we're able to stay again.

In town for NCSU graduation--perfect location--quiet neighborhood--very clean--well decorated--great starter supplies--fire pit--cute front porch with table and chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Excellent communication with property owner. If you need a place in Raleigh--this is it!

Excellent place for our family and the house was exactly as described. Amber was great to work with. The house was exceptionally clean, well laid out, nicely decorated and well staged for our arrival. The rental was clean and tastefully decorated. It is literally minutes to downtown Raleigh where we did an Escape Room and had dinner one night. It is also close to the highway so our travels to Benson NC where our daughter lives were convenient. We would rent again.

We choose this property to be close to downtown for a Mom weekend staycation and it did not disappoint. The house is so much more spacious than the pictures show. Plenty of space to park! Perfect little bungalow!

We had a great weekend stay at this house! The house was modern and clean. The fire pit was nice in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet. Towels and liens were included. Would highly recommend for adults or families.

The location is vert convenient to Downtown and the neighborhood felt very safe. It’s great to see kids running around playing!

Great Place
House was very nice and was as described in the listing. We had a small issue with the AC but it was fixed the very next day with no issues. Owners we easy to communicate with and responded very promptly.
