I was traveling by myself this trip so I was looking for somewhere that was as easy as a hotel but quieter. The Nook was perfect! There are two parking spots which made it very convenient. The space is really cozy and has everything I needed! The neighborhood is very quiet and black out curtains and super comfy bed made for a great night’s sleep! In fact, so nice that I overslept the first night!! The communication was perfect, all of my questions were answered in a very timely manner. I highly recommend this spot!!

I came to Abilene for a funeral and needed a place to stay overnight. The Nook was ideal. It was very neat, clean and welcoming, especially the sign outside and excellent parking area. I've never been to that area of Abilene so I was reassured once I found it. The cookie treat left for me was extra special.

Very cute place, good for one or two to stay. The signage for the property, separate entrance, and designated parking were much appreciated. We enjoyed a quiet, private stay. Great, walkable access to ACU’s campus. Would return again!

Cozy stay at "The Nook"
My husband and I found "The Nook" to be a great little cottage to stay at for the evening while we were in Abilene. It was clean, had a comfy bed, great wifi connection, yummy coffee, adorably decorated, and the host was extremely courteous and a prompt communicator. Can't say enough good things about this cozy little cottage!

Perfect for a Quick Trip
This is a lovely place, perfect for a quick trip. It's decorated nicely, and the bed is comfortable.
Please note there are some night noises, like a train, a dog barking - things like that. (I noticed them, but my daughter didn't.)
The communication with the host was excellent.
