We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern condo! Perched perfectly on the second floor, it offered just the right height for stunning views of the beach, sunrise, and sunset. Nestled in the heart of Kihei, everything we needed was conveniently close by. The beach right behind the condo was gorgeous and perfect for swimming, adding to the overall charm. Joe was fantastic, going above and beyond to help us check in a bit earlier than usual. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything about our stay was great! Incredible view from the balcony. Easy beach access. Everything we needed provided in the condo including beach items like chairs, cooler and snorkle gear. It was very clean and comfortable. A nice home base for our Maui adventures! Thanks so much!

Great views and clean.

No detail is left out of this fantastic remodeled vacation rental! From the moment we walked in we felt we were home! The decor, the comfort of every piece of furniture, the VIEW, the AC and ceiling fans in both rooms made hot days so enjoyable inside. The beach chairs and small cooler made beach days perfect. Parking each day was a breeze with plenty of spots. Onsite laundry takes cards so no need to find coins. We have found our Maui getaway and will be back!

Love the location and cleanliness of the condo. Had everything we needed for a nice relaxing week. The beach sounds were soothing and not crowded during the day. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy a great time!

It is well located, enjoyed the sunsets and moonsets from the apartment. walk in the beach was good with not too many people and in certain mornings all by ourselves.

My son and I stayed here for two nights. The place is very clean and well stocked for guest. They had neat labels on all the lighting and plenty of kitchen items for cooking or dining. They even gave us a little bag of cookies and had plenty of coffee available. When I had a question, the host was easy to reach and, the beach was beautiful and exactly like the pictures showed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would love to stay here again.

This property was newly updated. It was very comfortable and inviting. The AC worked great with two units, one in the living room and the bedroom. The overall property was tucked away from the busy streets. The view in the evening of the sunset was priceless. Having the grassy area right behind the property then the beach was awesome. I highly recommend this property for its tranquil setting and being within walking distance of the grocery store and other conveniences.

Beautiful 180 degree views of the ocean for am coffee and evening meals. Very clean and beautiful unit with nice ocean breezes so we did not need the ac at all though nice to have the option. Listened to the waves all night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The suite was very well appointed. The setting is beautiful and right on the beach. We had fun watching the whales from the balcony. We hope we will be able to come again.

The room is great and the view is perfection. Great beach. Stayed early March. Saw turtles one day. 5 on beach and 3 more coasting along shore. Saw dozens of whales from lanai. Could see with naked eye but you would like to have binoculars for viewing. We hope to come back.

My wife and I loved this property. The location could not be better with unbelievable sunsets every day! The condo has everything you need and is very spacious with the living room and a separate bedroom. There are beach chairs, coolers and most everything you need for the beach which is just outside the condo. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within walking distance. The owner, Joe, was very responsive and everything was first class. We would highly recommend this property for a great time in Maui.

We loved our stay at this condo. Perfect location with a beautiful view. Plenty of kitchen items to cook or serve as needed. Bed was very comfortable. To our surprise, the other people staying in the building were friendly and seem to all know each other! This was a plus!

PERFECT location in Kihei, but just outside of the super busy section. Walkable to so much. Easy parking, easy check in. Condo is beautifully updated, fully stocked with everything you could need - beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, extremely clean. Lanai was perfect for sunsets, even saw several whales. Will definitely be back!

The property is just as pictured. The sunset and views from the balcony were our favorite. Beautifully renovated with nice touches throughout. There were even beach chairs/snorkel gear/coolers/etc on the balcony which made beach days a breeze. There are also posted quiet hours, which most people adhere to, but if you're late sleepers you'll definitely hear doors slamming/people (children) walking by the unit to use the stairs. My only wish was that there was in-unit laundry, but no matter, they had community washer and dryers on the ground floor for $5 a load and laundry detergent/softener at $1 each (quarters only & no machine). Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Property and host were both wonderful- glad we stayed here instead of a resort- can’t beat the location to beach !

Very well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bed. Beautiful view. Had a little trouble with the water being turned off to the unit without notice as I went to take a shower, however, people living in nearby units were very helpful in finding the building maintenance person who got the water turned back on. Owner was responsive as well.

This condo was perfect for our 3 night stay on Maui. Nice central location within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and a moped rental shop. Beach was great. We saw sea turtles everyday. The condo was equipped with everything anyone would need and it was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone and we would love to return and stay here again.

My husband and I found this condo to be perfect for our honeymoon getaway. The location is perfect - just in walking distance to our favorite coffee shop and others restaurants. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. We especially loved having the private beach right at our fingertips. Our host, Joe, was easy to reach and provided a clean and special space for our special trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is a perfect property to stay at while visiting Maui. The location is outstanding - full ocean view with daily sunsets. Quiet beach with beautiful sand and we were lucky enough to see turtles every day. The property is impeccably maintained by a live in manager who clearly takes pride in the grounds. The unit itself was fabulous! Comfortable bed, bright and clean bathroom and kitchen, clean and tasteful linens and decor, lovely living room and lanai perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. It is fully stocked with all appliances and kitchen tools to make using the kitchen easy. It also came with beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkelling gear which was great. Joe the owner was amazing to deal with - he was easy to contact, very accommodating and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

This property was so perfect for our honeymoon. 25 yards to the ocean is pretty hard to beat. The condo was so nicely done and super clean; the whole process with Joe was easy with no hassle at all. Would love to stay at this place again any time we are on Maui!! Thank you, Joe!

Joe's place was bright, clean, and in great condition. The view was amazing, and we saw turtles on the beach right in front of the property.

Lovely updated condo with everything we needed. Including beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and a cooler. The view from the lanai was our favorite part of our stay. Oceanfront..amazing sunsets with ocean and mountain views. Beach was quiet and secluded. Like having your own private beach in your backyard. Just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. We rented a car and drove around most of the island which made this place the perfect spot to stay. This place was super clean, lots of natural light, amazing view, and very quiet. My wife and I like to cook and we found everything in the kitchen we needed. Also I think staying in Kihei gives you the most options for places to eat including several grocery stores close by. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Maui for the first time.
