We came to watch our son’s football game. This was a perfect stay!

We came for a surgery for my young son. There was plenty of room for my family and it was very close to the tourist activities we wanted to do. There is a railroad crossing three houses down which is loud but my sons thought it was so cool to see a train up close.

At a minimum, the property was as promised. Everything was clean and orderly. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with all the extras one would probably need. Lots of extra blankets too.
Location as far as proximity to things is great. Close to downtown and anything towards the center of Sioux Falls.
Location as in the immediate neighborhood is average. A few blocks to the north is a more questionable area of town, but we never felt unsafe.

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The house really has most anything you could need, including spare toiletries! The pillows were luxurious, beds comfy, and the location convenient. The pup enjoyed the use of the backyard, too! Had a little trouble getting the football game to come in on the antenna in the living room, so we piled into one of the bedrooms with better reception which was fun in its own way. Thanks for being accommodating with our reschedule and appreciate all the quick communication!

Location was great and the house was comfortable, clean and well cared for. The living room was very dark and it was hard to see in there. It could use another light for reading or playing games.

Charming, clean rental. Super comfortable beds, and all the amenities+ you need. Nice, quiet historical neighborhood. Excellent location to get around town. Will stay again!

Nostalgic
This is a beautiful home in an idyllic neighborhood. Every morning, we enjoyed coffee on the front porch and in the evenings we watched the bunnies from the back deck. The home was extremely clean, and there were too many considerate touches and details to list.

Cute house, great host.
The house was very clean and check in/out was easy. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but the location was good. There were 6 in my group and it was a bit small for us, but we made it work. The wifi had issues our entire stay, the host did reach out to provider but it didn't improve. The thermostat was set by host and it got quite hot (78+), upstairs was even hotter. We didn't mention temperature to the host since we weren't there much during the day. The host was very responsive and the house itself is very cute. If I had a smaller group I would stay there again.

This is a great house with charm. Plenty of room, owners keep all the accessories on hand-especially in the kitchen. It was warm & cozy on a very cold couple of days. Responded quickly & we’re very nice. Close to the Falls.

Pleasant stay
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful blue house. The amenities were great and we had everything we needed. I gave 1 3 star but that was simply because when writing the host it took a couple of hours between replies. No buggy. Over all our stay was excellent it made a great home base for us and I would recommend this to any family staying in the Souix Falls area.

The home is warm and cozy. Excellent sleeping accommodations and washer/dryer was a plus. Fully stocked kitchen ready to make dinner. Would absolutely stay there again!
