It was very clean and convenient and had everything that we needed. Master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The only problem I had was that the vent in the master bedroom rattles like crazy, but beyond that it was very good. criticism I have

The property was in a beautiful neighborhood, so much architecture, and the directions to access property was great. Thank you much, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again at some later date😁!

If you’re looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay that is clean, this place is DEFINITELY for you! The apartment was bigger than I’d thought it would be. It had absolutely EVERYTHING you needed to cook a full meal. And my favorite part was it had wine glasses! 😁
It was just a few minutes from the Battleship Memorial Park which is where we were visiting. It’s right in the downtown area and there is PLENTY of nightlife close by!
Grocery and convenient stores are close as well. It’s a very nice and quiet neighborhood for being a downtown location too. The only problem some guests might have is that it is an upstairs unit. So you must carry all your stuff upstairs. There were no elevators to my knowledge. But if you’re fine with that, then this place is amazing!

Owner onsite was friendly and attentive to our needs. Late arrival and departure was not a problem. Property has a nice homey feeling. We enjoyed our stay here and would choose it again.

The extra beds for the kids worked out well. We were driving through on a road trip so can't say much for what's around, but everything worked out well for our stay.

The property was located in walking distance to all Mardi Gras parades. We did not have to drive to any of the events. The apartment was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Sparky, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the Mardi Gras experience and plan on attending again next year!

My family of 5 stayed here for a night while on a college visit to Mobile. The location was close to the main attractions of town. Apartment was very clean and just right for our family. Sparky communicated throughout the process and was a great host. I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near town and it would be optimal for Mardi Gras.

We had a great experience. We had originally planned to stay in April and due to unforeseen events had to reschedule at the very last minute. Sparky was very accommodating then and during our actual stay. He even texted to check in on us and offered tips about local specials.

This property was perfect for our family to stay. It was very clean and comfortable. We felt at home and the kitchen was well equipped. Excellent coffee maker. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. I would recommend staying at this property .

In town for event at the Mobile civic center. Close enough to walk there and to Dauphin St. Very clean location. Would stay there again.

We came in town for the Azalea Trail 10k road race and had several friends that wanted to stay together. This property is perfect for what we needed. Check in was easy, the location is great, and the property was very clean (the owner even left bottles of water in the refrigerator for us which was really nice). Highly recommend.

We were passing through and stop for a night. The property was awesome, clean, peaceful and quiet. The most wonderful thing about the property was the confortable the bed and the amenities in the shower like shampoo and conditioner. The check in process went smoothly. It is true that if you handicapped…the stairs can be a problem. I still recommend this property a 100% to my friends and families.

This property worked well for our small kids because of the trundle beds. The steps to get into the property were rather steep but overall easy to navigate. Property is close to downtown!

Enjoyed the stay had a good time was everything that advertised the neighborhood was very nice clean the only thing I can say is Maybe more than one TV in the whole apartment enjoy your stay if we're in Mobile I will stay here again

We only stayed for a night, as this worked out to be less expensive than staying at a hotel while we were passing through. The Apartment was comfortable and clean. I would recommend!

Adorable apartment
The apartment was adorable and well equipped for family stay. Plenty of kitchen items that made meal preparation a breeze.
There are quite a few steps going up to apartment which was a little scary for us with a. Three year old but no problem for the adults.
Beds are comfy! It felt like home.
