Had a great experience staying here. The condo was clean and spacious. It’s really close to the beach and has a lot of chairs/toys available to use. Jay was very responsive answering questions as they came up.

Great property, great location and exceptional communication from Jay (property owner). Beach access is less than a block away along with many restaurants/nightlife to choose from within 1-4 miles from property. Texted Jay to locate something and the response was almost immediate. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return when in the Pompano Beach area!

First, this is a truly great VRBO. Beautiful place with sleek, modern finishes. Three full, comfortable well furnished bedrooms. Great location relative to quick & easy beach access. Plenty of beach amenities as well. Nice area/neighborhood. Pool located within the complex. The host, Jay, is exceptional. Unparalleled communication before, during, and after. He was more than willing to accommodate our family on all fronts for our stay. Do not hesitate, book this VRBO!!!

3 couples had the BEST time. Jay, hour host, was extremely responsive and the property was perfect - even all the stairs - with some of us over 70! :)

Everything about this property was accurate! Jay was super accessible and made the whole experience easy. We've only tried rentals a couple of times in the past and was hesitant to do it again. There were no concerns or issues!

This place was beautiful and very spacious. Super clean and so modern. Our family loved it! Across the street from the beach and a restaurant tiki bar. Minutes to Lauderdale by the Sea, and 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale beach which both were beautiful as well. Jay was very helpful and responsive anytime we had a question. We would definitely go back and I would recommend this place to all my friends and family.

My family and I had a traffic stay at this property. On top of the house being well stocked, very clean, easy to manage, the communication with the owner was exceptional. Jay was fantastic! He went above and beyond. The house was very well located. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. The private garage was a huge plus. All in all we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would most certainly return.

Jay is an amazing host and made sure we had everything need during our stay. We loved the location with all the beaches accessories. The beds are comfortable and the place looks like in the pictures.

Great location and a very friendly host.

We stayed at this place late October - early November and will surely be back for our next trip. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 little kids, the house appeared even bigger than in the pictures, so there was plenty of space for us. This place was also super clean, well stocked with towels, linen, plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen, excellent appliances. We felt right at home! Great location, the beach was about 5 min walking plus the main beach was about a mile away with plenty of parking space. Jay was really nice and friendly always offering his help just in case if we needed anything. Our flight landed in the morning and he nicely organized an early checkin. The place was equipped with a remote access which was really convenient. I had to work remotely a couple of days during our stay, the internet speed was pretty fast 400mb download, 200-300mb upload, will definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place.
