Wonderful place

I have to say owners are fantastic however the noise level is out the roof especially weekends. Beautiful balcony to enjoy if you can get past the cars going by. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well, very large opening under front door and yes we had creepers coming in. The water must be well since it had a smell. The bedroom blind does not close and its located on the outside walkway so privacy is an issue. We would not stay here again even with the ear plugs provided. However, the view is great and its close to restaurants and the beach.

Super clean and accessible. There was a minor air conditioning problem and Mike was immediately on it and stayed with it until resolved. I highly recommend this property and Mike and Cindy the owners. David

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. As has been commented before the neighbor hood is noisy.

Loved the decor & location of condo. Beautiful view & close to restaurants/beach. Only downfall was early morning trains & traffic.

Cyndy’s place is a lovely harbor side condo. The place is very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is very walkable to downtown Melbourne with many fun shops and restaurants. They are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!

Mike and Cyndy’s place overlooks the Harbour, Amazing dining, dolphin watching! Terrific hosts. The condo is fully stocked for a complete family beach vacation. Loved our stay and will return in 2023!

The condo was very clean, well equipped. The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location. Perfect size for a couple. Enjoyed meeting the owners! Very nice folks! We are already planning our next stay.

This property makes it easy to walk to shops, cafes and restaurant and super easy to get over to the beaches. Easy walking near marina. The arrangement in living area was super efficient to cook and work in and the comfortable table & chairs on the balcony made it perfect for coffee and sunrise. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!!

Condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners really care about making your stay enjoyable. They have literally thought of everything you might need. We loved the location right next to the marina and Ichabod's!!!! The condo is our new favorite place to stay when visiting Melbourne. We will certainly be return customers.

This property not only has a great view of Melbourne Marina, it has all you'll need during your stay and is walking distance from great dining (esp Ichabods Restaurant on the docks), shopping, and Old Town Melbourne. Cyndy and Mike are very nice, and responsive to any and all issues that arise. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

The condo was very nicely decorated and so clean. The weather was very comfortable for walking and swimming in the pool and ocean. Pool and grounds at the condo were very clean. Convenient elevator with lugging a baby stroller and gear. Easy drive to ocean. Fun to walk and shop upstreet in the historic district, especially Jacqueline's Bakery. The hosts were very accommodating to provide a pack 'n play for the 11-month-old. We were able to borrow a car seat and brought a mini camp chair with tray for the baby to eat on. The back bedroom is very quiet from street noise and the train. The living room area with the very comfortable queen sleep sofa is not so quiet from road noise and train even with the windows all closed. The AC worked well - the blower was pretty noise. This area of Melbourne is very nice!!

Very much enjoyed my stay! In town for the week on business and decided to try Mike and Cyndy’s place instead of a nearby hotel. I would most definitely do it again! Condo is exactly as described, very nicely decorated with new appliances and furnishings, and is close to everything! As others have mentioned, the traffic noise is the only negative but is simply a side affect of the great location. Hosts did a fantastic job!

This is my second time staying here. Everything is perfect and very comfortable. I will be back😍

The condo was excellent; clean and very comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well stocked-it lacked for nothing. The location is wonderful for visiting downtown Melbourne. It is a short walk away. Our only observation is the traffic noise in this area, and this would not preclude our decision to stay there again.

Check in was super easy with the keypad. The owners had a great selection of dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware , etc. Decor and amenities were very nice. The sofa bed was very easy to open and close and sleeps way better than most. Location was super convenient to the causeway to access the beaches. Also nice to walk to restaurants, park and bay. The only negatives was the noise from the street and trains going by every couple of hours.

Cute place. We love that we could walk to so many different places. We didn't have to drive the car once all weekend. Owners were very responsive. Only downside was the location of condo was very noisy. Close to the bridge. Could hear the traffic all night. Also, train tracks are close by so that could also be noisy at times. Overall, great time.

Clean, good location convenient with easy walk to many good restaurants. Short drive to the beach. Nice view of the marina. Some road noise but it didn’t interfere with our stay. We would go back.
