We had a room in the Royal building and it was a generously sized 2 bed. The pool was never busy unlike the main pool which was very. The timeshare people nab you when you first arrive and you have to get your room key from them. They are very persistent. The comms with the owner were really good and professional and we would use them again if we were to stay here. Thank you

This property was very nice. There are many activities and things to do. Check in was simple. We got in later in the evening and did struggle to find the correct entrance. We had to call to get us where we needed to go. Maybe add the address to that gate entrance. The rooms were great. Plenty of room and clean. We would definitely recommend staying at this property. The only downside we had was, after dark the neighborhood is a little rough. We went to the fast food establishments across the street and it had some homeless people and a few questionable people out and about. I wouldn't recommend walking around outside of the property at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was very clean and a good size for 6 adults. We liked the fact that we had the ability to go to the other properties near by (Royal Vista is where the beach is and the resort provides a shuttle service between the properties). The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

We arrived on a Thursday and my husband went to check in. It probably took at least 30 min or more! You check in at one desk and they send you to another desk to get your door keys. Then that’s where they try and sell you on timeshares. We were not interested and it still took that long! We were there to see our son for his birthday. Anytime we would ask a simple question, they would always ask our room number and try to talk us into going to a seminar so we could get free tickets. Once again…not interested. The room (573)was perfect, we had a view of the pool. It was clean for the most part. Comfortable beds. Not much to do in the area. We drive to the keys, wear palm beach, and Naples in different days. Traffic can be crazy!

Loved everything about the palm-aire. Felt safe during potential hurricane. Plenty of room and lots of fun things to do. Hope to return some day🥰

Perfected extended stay hotel/resort

Stayed at property with my 80+ yr old parents. Had a great room & was easy access to pool! We would definitely stay here again. No complaints!

This is an amazing property and the staff are all very friendly and professional. The building was very clean and decorated beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this place!!! They even had activities that entertained both the adults and kids in our group! The live music was a sure hit for me and my husband. There isn't really anything worth mentioning that I could say was a disappointment! I am so glad I found this property and chose to stay here for our first Florida trip.

This property gives you the illusion of being in a resort in the hot city of Orlando, or the islands where all the action is at. Very clean and full of activities for the entire family. Great pool, live entertainment, great location, very safe for the family. I would definitely stay there again.

This property is absolutely wonderful. It felt like home away from home. The children loved the arcade and mini golf while my husband and I loved being able to grab a drink by the pool while our kiddos swam. Our flight left late and we were able to stay and enjoy the pool. The front desk provided us with a key to be able to shower and clean up in the fitness center! We will return!

A group of friends rented this room at the Palm Aire Resort, we fit 8 adults mostly comfortably. Two fully grown men are a little large for the full size beds! The resort was beautiful with tons of activities to entertain the group. We especially loved the karaoke. We tried not to leave the gates of the resort too much because the town surrounding it seemed a bit unsafe. We ubered to the beach one day which was a short ride. Overall we had a great time!

Nice property located on a well maintained and beautiful setting. We never used the pool or hot tub as we were very diligent over the virus. We traveled everyday to the sister property in Pompano Beach, a short distance away. I would stay again!

I was upset that despite sharing I was in town for my fathers funeral, they still tried to sell me a time share package. I was surprised to find the pool area was amazing with mini water park like amenities. The wear on buildings are apparent but overall I would stay here again. Great location, middle of most everything.
