We were so happy with our stay here. The condo was clean and full of everything we needed. The grounds were lovely and we loved having access to the beach. We will definitely come back in the future!

This property was great for our family of four. Well stocked kitchen and everything you could need for a beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cooler and beach towels. Jenn was great to communicate with and quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

Loved the condo and its location. Saw a lot of Humpback whales. Survived the road to Hana. Visited the island of Lanai. Drove up Haleakala. Got in a round of golf at Maui Nui GC. Had some really good meals. Especially at Mama’s Fish House. Only missed snorkeling due to high winds. Sad about Lahaina. Hope it comes back the way the Islanders want it. Mahalo Nui.

We loved our stay at this condo. It was tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the view!!!! I don’t know how many hours we spent gazing at the ocean and the lovely grounds, it was mesmerizing! The condo is stocked with everything you need if you chose to cook in. We loved the rooftop, and enjoyed grilling up there. The building was very well kept and I saw folks cleaning / maintaining daily. The owner was fantastic with communication and wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at Jenn's condo in Menehune shores. The condo was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our adult daughter. It was clean, well stocked and a great location to jump off from to do activities. And only 20 minutes from the airport. There was great communication with Jenn. We loved the rooftop grill area. We used it twice during the week to watch the sunset and cut down on our expenses. We were shocked at how many others of like mind there were. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful! And then we were treated by the welcoming of a new day ceremony and the blowing of the horns. We watched the whales from both the balcony and the roof, my personal favorite thing to do! We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jenn’s unit on our first trip to Maui. The apartment is located on the top floor of a 6 floor building with a balcony facing south west overlooking the ocean. The apartment is well equipped with pretty much everything you could need to make the place feel like home. The kitchen has all you need to make meals at home and the communal bbq on the rooftop adds additional cooking and dining options if you want to eat your meal outside. We found both beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys that we could use while there which was a big bonus! The small beach right below the apartment complex was perfect for both our kids (aged 6 and 9) as well as the grannies that came with us on the trip. It was enclosed by a rock wall and the water was shallow enough for all of them to wade into without risk of being toppled over by any waves. It is also a resting ground for local sea turtles which allowed us all to watch them up close! Additionally the unit is only a 20 min drive from the Kahului airport, close to restaurants in Kihei and not a far drive from Wailea where the fancy resorts and restaurants are located. We would often drive to a new beach every day to try out different spots for snorkeling and would be close enough that we could still return home after lunch and spend the afternoon down at the beach below the unit if we wanted more beach time. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would love to return one day!

What a view! The unit was clean and well stocked. This was a great jumping-off point for exploring the island. I was surprised by how loud S Kihei Rd is. We could hear traffic from balcony and open windows, and it was as loud as the ocean waves. We were able see the Grand Wailea New Year’s Eve fireworks from the back bedroom windows. The view was partially obscured, but better than I’d expect given the distance. I’d stay here again. Mahalo for sharing the property with us.

We have the most wonderful time on Maui and staying at this location. It was just the perfect spot and convenient to grocery and restaurants. But also not too far from other activities as well. The condo was just perfect for our family as well.

We had not been to Maui in 4 years so had some familiarity with the island and wanted to be in a good location. This unit was really good, clean, updated and well stocked with essentials. The location is great being on the water side of S Kihei Road and having a really nice beach, huge lawn and pool area. The complex is very well maintained and the staff was friendly. The view from the balcony and the main bedroom windows is awesome. It exceeded expectations. The unit owners Jenn & Steve went above and beyond with communication, helpful hints and follow up to ensure everything was perfect. They responded right away to any question we had. We would definately recommend this unit for a vacation and would stay there again. Maui is wonderful and when the place you stay at is this good it makes for very memorable vacation. Mahalo! The house was perfect. You can walk to the beach which is perfect for kids. Super shallow mellow water. The home was clean and has everything you would need including beach toys and a wagon to pull to the beach. Quiet area. Highly recommend. Would stay there again!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked, and can we talk about the view!? Jenn was wonderful and gave us suggestions of places to go, she knew the area well. You will not be disappointed with this unit, it was the best VRBO I have ever stayed at.

Loved this condo and the amenities provided by our host! Everything you could imagine needing or wanting when you are away from home. Beds comfortable, a/c perfect, chairs for the beach, beach towels etc etc. A true home away from home! Thank you Jen for your hospitality!

This condo was exactly as described and what we were looking for. View, quiet, clean, everything we needed and great location. If we return to Maui I would absolutely stay here again. Especially liked the turtles resting area in front of the complex.

The view was great; the location was central to everything (a rental car needed); the condo was well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The owner was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating for our stay! Would definitely stay here again if I return to Maui.

We absolutely loved this condo and almost cried the day we left. The place was stocked with absolutely everything we could need, and things that other people left behind, like sunscreen, saved our first day since we got into Maui at midnight the night before (due to delays) and just wanted to enjoy the beach before heading to the store. The condo was super clean, the view from the lanai was magical, and the beds were comfortable. The building isn't on the greatest beach, but we decided we even liked that about it, because it was the beautiful view without the crowds and noise of the more popular beaches. And the turtles that visited every night and morning made it absolute perfection. It isn't within walking distance to any restaurants or shopping, so you will have to drive everywhere, but there are great restaurants and shops just a couple of miles away. The positive of that is that it is MUCH quieter than the other condos on Kihei Road. This is our 3rd time visiting Maui. We stayed on Kaanapali and in Wailea, and we much prefer Kihei because of its central location to everything and less expensive restaurants. Make sure you go to Coconut's Fish Cafe and Nalu's. We went to each of them twice. Fantastic food and reasonable prices! Thank you for a great vacation! We were so sad to leave!

Trip Date: 3/12-3/23......This was our first time to Maui and this condo did not disappoint. Ya it might be a little dated with items, but the location on the beach with a pool is perfect. We did a lot if driving to different adventures and this condo was pretty much within 45 minutes to everywhere we went. Except for our hiking adventure in the Halakaena National Park, that was about 2 hours away. But definitely worth the drive if you are a hiker. The airport is a 20 minute drive is all. Our trip to Pearl Harbor was worth the long day, but Hawaiian Airlines was spot on with there flights that day. The communication with Jenn on the VRBO rental was awesome. And getting into the condo with the door access code is easy, no keys to hang onto while on the trip and the elevators were a big plus. Also, the place has three A/C units, a must if going when it is warm. If your looking at a place without A/C I would take a second look. It is muggy. Please book this place if you get a chance. It could hold a family of 5 pretty easy. They had everything in the condo, towels, beach items for kids and adults, nice kitchen with all the accessories you could need. The two bedrooms with A/C was perfect for us. Thanks to Jenn and the owner for a great trip!!

Great place to celebrate our anniversaries (2 couples). The condo was perfect and had everything we needed plus more! The beach views were amazing and the rooftop was a great place to enjoy sunsets. Highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely return one day!

We love staying at menehune shores and this condo was a perfect fit for our family of 6! All of the extras were provided and it made going to the beach that much easier. Not to add being able to see sea turtles every day at the fish pond. We will be back!

We’ve stayed at Menehune Shores numerous times, and we always try different units. This unit is by far the best one so far! Nicely updated, Hawaiian interior, fantastic kitchen, fully stocked toiletries, great beds, great linens; fridge was left stocked with basic condiments which is so helpful! Plenty of laundry soap and detergent; lots of paper towels and toilet paper. Awesome beach equipment. Fantastic views and sunsets. Great functioning AC. This unit is a total winner!

Well located on the beach with nice pool and rooftop terrace. Unit was well equipped tho could have been cleaner. Great views of whales and sunsets from lanai. Lanai was crowded w furniture and hard to use on a hot day with AC unit blowing hot air. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with our kids (6, 4, & 2), and it was a perfect place for them! They loved the cove, and we saw sea turtles every day. My husband and son also enjoyed fishing off shore. The whales were very active as well. The view off of the patio was excellent for sunsets every night. The only thing that wasn’t “perfect” was that it’s located in a more residential area, so you have to walk 1+ miles to get to shops/coffee. No big deal if you have a car! Kihei is a great location for exploring the island, I would definitely stay again.

Apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and up-to-date appliances. Also very well furnished and stocked with kitchen & cooking utensils and equipment. View from the Lanai was great - we saw whales almost every day and had a beautiful view of sunsets. The apartment complex was also very well-maintained. Employees were constantly cleaning.

It was a great location with great access to all of Maui! The town of Kihei is my favorite! The condo was well stocked with all the basics (coffee/coffee filters/paper towels/TP/beach towels/beach toys/beach chairs/small cooler/dish soap/ice packs/ice maker/soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion). Very clean! Can easily hear the waves from the condo!

Kitchen was well stocked. They had enough beach towels for the whole family ☺️. They had beach toys for the kids. Everything was working well.
