First, the property manager is intentionally using wrong address in listing, and for those not familiar with the area, easy to miss his sneaky tactics. Called him out on it and he knows what he is doing. House floors are in terrible shape, warped, dirty. Very poorly equipped for silverware, etc. dishes were all dirty. Handle falling off fridge and dressers. Also, owner has cameras pointing at pool, be aware…..cameras were not disclosed in listing (a VRBO violation). I contacted owner on all this. He has no issue with his misrepresentation of house location in ad and cameras. The other stuff he wanted me to call and have him come fix….if it was one small thing, sure. But not all this stuff. We already had pool guy and landscaper coming through every other day. Overall house is tired and was 40 minutes from where we thought it was. So beware.

This property is amazing. It is located in on a very quiet block, and the host is amazing as well. Very attentive, and very helpful.

Cool house, would definitely stay again!

Stayed here with several friends for a golf trip and we had a great time! The backyard is as beautiful as the pics and was everyone's favorite spot due to all of the amenities. The home was very close to the Glendale Entertainment district and not too far from Scottsdale and Phoenix. We had a great time, would definitely stay again. Elvis had a great communication as well.

This property was perfect for us. It was very clean with a great layout, a well stocked kitchen and the pool area is fantastic. The host went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great - Elvis was an attentive host, the house has been beautifully renovated, and the backyard is perfect for a private getaway. We had a few hiccups while there, but Elvis was so attentive that I could not reasonably have asked for better service. Things happen, but when they did - he fixed them ASAP. I would gladly go stay in one of his places again. My interior designer wife would have approved; it was not done cheaply and is quite stylish. We went with six 40(ish) year olds and loved that everyone had a king bed and their own room. There are almost enough bathrooms for us to have our own as well. The kitchen and BBQ was top notch and well stocked with the tools necessary to cook a big meal (other than an induction stove top, I don't know why people buy these? ha). I would easily bring my family back here though; the yard isn't massive, but they have jammed anything and everything possible to entertain (pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, foosball, large jenga...you get the idea!). There is a pool table and arcade games inside, we didn't use them much - but could be fun for kids. There is a tall fence around the yard, so the 'very residential feeling' neighbourhood didn't matter as much as I thought it would. The only reason this place didn't get all five stars from me was the listing says Scottsdale and it is in fact in Peoria - the opposite of Scottsdale. They have converted a five bedroom home into seven by turning the garage into two extra bedrooms. It is a 30 minute ride to the airport or downtown, five minutes from TopGolf, Cardinals, and Coyotes. Outlet shopping nearby and a Starbucks and Safeway two minutes away. It wasn't a bad location, it just wasn't as listed. All told, I would gladly go back.
