Perfect location, right on the beach with expansive views of the ocean and coastline. Apartment seemed newly updated (beautiful kitchen & bathrooms!!), and we enjoyed how clean it was. The kids loved the pool, we loved the coffee machine, the view, the comfy beds and all the small details that made our stay easy and enjoyable. We will be back :)

The host cancelled on us the day before the booking despite the ‘no cancellation, no refund’ status of the property. Very poor form.

Everything. Not clean. The most uncomfortable old bed I’ve ever slept in. Microwave had food in it. Blood on the walls. Bins not emptied. And pubic hairs in the bathroom. Very unhappy.

Terrific location! Great view! Tea, coffee and milk provided. Dishwashing tablets and laundry detergent supplied. Thank you!

Bed in main bedroom difficult to get in and out of. Doona instead of top sheet on beds.

Location is great as your right on the beach.

The apartment is extremely tired and needs attention. There was even a cockroach running across the lounge floor during our stay. The carpet is disgusting and the bed in the main room is less than comfortable and hard to get in and out of as it sits close to the floor. Just before arriving, I got an email with instructions from the owner who provided a number to call if we had any issues. I called when we arrived but there was no answer. Hardly value for money when you pay top dollar and you get 2 star accommodation & service. We even had to take our own rubbish out to the council bin. I asked for a late check out (which is a service provided for extra money) but was declined. We weren’t flying out til late in the night and would have liked to maximise the money we spent by utilising the beach area but couldn’t due to having our request of a late check out declined. There is construction going on beside the apartment tower so roadworks right out the front during the day. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.
