The room is clean. Host is very nice. He helps me to send a letter to my friend who live in Sri Lanka because I don't have time to buy stamp in post office. He is willing to share the cultures in Sri Lanka.

I can say that it is the guest house I have enjoyed the most in Srilanka. Dinesh and Nashini are really emphatetic, helpful, respectful of the personal space and at the same time familiar and caring. The food was so so tasty and nicely cooked. The facilities are very good, because you have a very nice lodge and terrace only for the guests, completely separated from the ground floor where they stay. Everything was perfect. It's a really sweet family and nice, private and healthy environment. Dinesh went out of his comfort to help me with money. I am really grateful for these 3 days and nights in their home.

Owners are truly amazing. I was staying only for couple of hours before my flight and they were the most helpful. Food was amazing as well!!! Highly recommend staying here.

The Tourist Balcony feels like a "mini wellness center", the space is very agreeable, "fresh", and clean. Dinesh and his wife will go an extra mile to make their guests comfortable and happy. It is located in a quiet area and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the tourist center of Negombo.

Not so many eating options that are walking distance apart from the nearby big busy boulevard.

Property owners went above and beyond to help, made a lovely breakfast for me in the morning. would 100% recommend. clean facilities and a comfortable stay

Wow no words for my stay here. I felt so welcome the second I stepped in. The room and facilities were perfect and confortable. Dinesh and his family were helpful with everything I needed: get a sim card, get app for tuk tuk etc. I had dinner and lunch and it was so tasty! I needed to recharge before a long day of travelling and this was just what i needed.

Superfriendly and helpful family. I had a great "homestay" feeling. - The Sri Lankan food is delicious here! - Spick-and-span, superclean. - About 12 km to the airport. Easy by tuktuk (price: 1000 Rs.) - Quiet at night, I slept like a rose. - Price value. Istuti Dinish and family! 🙏🇱🇰

Of course your hospitality is excellent..everything is excellent..cleanliness and privacy is very good..breakfast is very delicious and lovely..the best kolakeda drink I ever had...very safe and quality service they provided me. ..they provided a service worth more than the money paid...I highly recommend ...❤🙏

Dinesh and his family were very kind and helpful. His wife made great different breakfasts everyday. Her dinners were very reasonably priced with a variety of local dishes and very filling. The house was very clean. Balcony was pleasant to sit on. Lovely home and lovely hosts.

No hot water. Neighbors could be a bit loud in the morning but there was no traffic or bar noise.

Its better place. Good Housekeeping and better hospitality.

I had a great time at the Tourist Balcony. I stayed 2 nights. Dinesh and his family are really lovely, welcoming and helpful. The food was so good, and for a very good price. Dinesh took time with me to give me good advices and to help organizing my trip. So I can just recommend this adress !!! The house is perfectly clean and really enjoyable ! The only negative point is that it was too much noisy for me... but as everywhere else in this town I guess
