Beautiful lodge,clean inside and out,only need to bring food and drinks,fire wood and charcoal for grill. A/C was great(it was 90+all three days). Hocking Hills State Park is absolutely amazing. Bring good footwear as there are many hiking trails some moderate some difficult. Bring friends,family,and a good attitude and you won’t regret your trip.

The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our large group to spread out and had everything we needed for a successful stay. The location is also fantastic - so close to many of the big hikes! We would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time for our girls trip. We were a group of ten and it was perfect. Most of us walked to and from the trail head of Old Man’s Cave and easy drive to other trials. It felt secluded enough with all the trees and still close to other things to do. Would recommend this beautiful house for sure, you will be very pleased with your stay and surroundings.

This was a beautiful home located in the gorgeous Hocking Hills area of Ohio just a mile from Old Man's Cave, and minutes drives to many other caves and Hocking Hills features. The house was large and beautiful with very well outfitted kitchen and extra refrigerator/freezer space downstairs. The porches are covered and large so we could sit outside and enjoy the natural sounds when a rain shower came through. Very nice fire pit and hot tub as well. And we all had fun playing pool in the walkout basement area. We celebrated my nieces graduation from Ohio University and we all enjoyed the stay sooooo much!!

We are a group of 10 women who graduated HS together. We come to HH every spring (but haven't been since covid). The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We hiked Old Man's Cave on Sat. The host is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I would definitely come back to this cabin.

Loved our stay here. Wonderful inside and out. Open floor plan was great for gatherings. Appreciate the attention to detail like hooks and benches in the bedrooms, plenty of extra towels, and of course everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful home. Needed more time to enjoy all the amenities:)

Everything you need in a beautiful setting!

It was a pleasure staying in this beautiful and well appointed house . We had 7 guests to celebrate the New Year and my birthday , and each guest enjoyed their own sleeping accommodation , which was most appreciated . The scenery is lovely even in December , several guests took a long walk to 2 of the Caves and were pleased to find that several of the waterfalls were still flowing . The rest of our visit was spent cooking in the spacious and user friendly kitchen , soaking in the hot tub, and chatting and playing games around the massive stone fireplace. We also enjoyed an intimate dinner on the patio at “ Kindred Spirits” the quaint restaurant located in the Cedar Falls Inn and Spa . The food and service were excellent , and the Inn is only 4 miles town the road . This property was immaculate , and while the decor was simple it was very comfortable , and we had everything we could have needed . Thank you for a great visit !

We had an amazing time! The cabin was beautiful and in such a great location. There was plenty of room for all of us. The cabin had everything we needed and was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful setting in the woods with plenty of space for our group of 10 adults to spread out. Large meal prep, eating, and gathering areas inside and out. Great proximity to Hocking Hills attractions, though there's much to do at the cabin as well.

The property was wonderful! Great location, close to the top attractions in Hocking Hills, but still secluded with great wooded surroundings. The six bedrooms worked well for our group, and there were ample towels, dishes, utensils, etc for everyone.

Of course, no fish were caught. As a matter of fact, there wasn't a fish pole among the 6 of us! But the lodge, location, weather and attractions were great. Julie was on a small problem immediately, and it was fixed without interruption of the activities. Highly Recommend!

Had a wonderful weekend at Scarlet Ridge. The property manager answered all questions quickly, the cabin was immaculately clean, had such attention to detail that rentals often don’t - like comfortable beds, soft sheets, and fluffy towels! Great location. Was very impressed with the cabin - the only thing that could have made it better was if we could have stayed longer!

Julie was very responsive prior to our visit. The place was exceptionally clean and better than expected Well stocked kitchen Sheets are very comfortable we really enjoyed our stay and would certainly look to book again!

Well utilized space, great for a large group

These property owners have provided amenities that are thoughtful and well appreciated. Enjoyed the large porches and ample seating ! Large hot tub - fire pit with plentiful seating. Spotless and washer and dryer were handy for our group of 13. Nice walk on trail to Old Mans Cave. Very peaceful setting ! We will be back !

A beautiful spacious log cabin in the woods with wonderful amenities. Our family had a great time and plan on returning next year. The hostess, Julie made us feel at home. Location was perfect.

The cabin was as described by the owner. It comfortably held our family of 16. It was clean when we arrived, the AC was nice and cool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that was needed. Very nice pool table in the basement and fire ring with many chairs outside. The dining table inside had places for 14 to sit. With our 2 little boys (under 5) it was a good fit. Julie was great to deal with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our summertime stay was fabulous!!

Great cabin!!!...all the room we needed, so clean!!!...location excellent!!!......Very, very nice Thank you!!!!..Got together with all brothers and sisters!!!.......Zip lined, went to caves..great couple of days in the hills!!!

This property was above and beyond what we had anticipated. Our family of 10 adults and 6 children very much enjoyed our stay at this spacious, very updated cabin. All of the essentials for the stay were provided, and the large dining tables inside and on the patio came in great use for meals and family games.

Our family of 8 adults and 3 children greatly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Scarlet Ridge Cabin.

This was the first time we took all of our children and grandchildren to a cabin. The cabin was immaculately clean and so many amenities were included. I had planned to cook all of our meals and was delighted with how well stocked the kitchen was. The most important feature for me, aside from adequate sleeping arrangements, was seating for all of us. Not only was there a huge table in the dining area that accommodated all of us but there was enough seating on the deck for all of us as well. We were able to enjoy meals both indoors and outdoors all together as a family. The location was private and exclusive but we still had easy access to all of the tourist attractions. Our trip was so amazing that we did not want to leave!

Beautiful home and completely equipped with everything you will need for a large group. Plenty of seating, fully stocked kitchen. My family does a trip every year, age range from 1 - 82 and this is the 5th house we have vacationed at. It has a great floor plan with rooms for everyone, no sleeping on couches in this house, plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen had a large crock pot, large serving dishes and so much more! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful hiking trails that are nearby. It was a wonderful trip.

Cabin was very nice and spacious for our group of 5th grade girl scouts and moms. Close to all the trails we visited. Nice kitchen and large areas for our group to visit and eat together.

Clean, spacious, well appointed and relatively secluded. Would recommend.
