in my room there were only 4 items (literally!) 1. bed 2. chest of drawers 3. TV 4. wardrobe NO NIGHT LIGHT NO BIN BASKET NOTHING ELSE!

It was quiet and the room was a lot more spacious than i expected, the bathroom and kitchen was really clean and it was a really nice room overall.

Room, kitchen and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Comfortable bed. Despite the rigmarole over the locks, entry was straightforward and easily accomplished. Although the building is alongside a main road the room was quiet.

Room was not very warm. The electric radiator had complicated (and difficult to read) digital controls but whatever adjustments were made to the thermostat the radiator always switched itself off again within a few seconds. Bed was a long way from the light switch. Surely a small bedside light could be provided. The TV picture and sound broke up very badly, particularly on the lower-numbered channels which were unwatchable. I requested that the entry requirements be sent 24 hours before arrival because I would have only limited access to wifi on the day. This request was ignored and it was pure luck that I happened to be on Sheffield station at the moment the instructions arrived. The first video explaining the entry to the outer door showed only the location of the door, not how to operate the lock.

Room was super spacious and clean and the staff were really helpful.
