The location and proximity to Wembley

The fact that I had no idea how to get the key or where I was actually staying, I rang from ouside one of the blocks, which was the post code off the confirmation. At check in time I had an email sent with the appartment number on and details of how to get the key, when we went to reception we got given a key and told it wasnt the one we have, but its on his spread sheet so I was getting that one, then when we got into appartment the patio door was open by about a foot but was locked with a key, so we couldnt close the door, and with us being on ground floor level, secuity was compromised, we reported this at 4pm when leaving for the concert, and on return at 10.30pm it was still open. There was no-one on reception to check with but rang the contact number on the email again to be told that there was no maintenance on and that it would have to be sorted tomorrow, but as anyone/thing could enter the room, and I was with my 12 year old daughter in the room, we both felt very unsafe We eventually got a room change at 12midnight after been on hold for an hour to get it sorted. I even asked for a screwdriver to sort the lock out myself, but there was nothing available in the room or from reception. It was a nightmare on friday having to pack up and moving blocks at midnight with my 12 year old and no help offered to carry bags or show us where the new appartment was, there was no help on site. I felt very vunerable. Also there were a lot of people without keys waiting for you to open the gates/doors to be let in to the apartment blocks, if didnt feel safe at all.

The location only. Any problems that occurred like first the apt was unclean. Then no tv remote. No toilet paper. The mirror was lopsided. Etc etc but the topping on the cake was the lights just going off. When contacting the conceirge i was given the go around. Sent emails n some issues were resolved but not all. So how would you rate this??

The flat was clean and very comfortable.

The check in was long. The pillows on the bed.

Great location when needing to be in the Wembley area. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc in the area. Good public transit connectivity.

Not an apartment issue, but for visiting central London / main tourist attractions quite far out.

The apartments are super nice and clean and tidy from inside with all amenities available including washer/dryer, fridge, kettle, etc. Nice wifi speed and TV has all the basics such as Netflix, amazon prime, etc.

It turns out the company [Modern Studio in Wembley Park] rents out some apartments in Ferrum in Wembley Park (run now by Quintain). Building Fe3 reeks of garbage smell due to the automated garbage collection system was down for during our stay and no one bothered to fix it despite my complaint at front desk! Now the catch is that people running these apartments are the challenge. They serve you remotely. I booked two studios for my family, and payed 50 pound each to get an early check in. I came and only one was ready. The girls at the front desk were helpful and went out of their way to help check when the other room will be ready, although not their job. I kept following up from my side and discovered the room was finally ready (couple of hours later!) but no one bothered to update me from Modern. They did however refund me the 50 pound early check-in fee. I tried later to ask for an extra duvet and pillow but they asked for 20 pounds fee per day. They could’ve just provided it as a compensation for the inconvenience occurred, but oh well you get what you pay for.
