Stayed in a double room which was really nice, modern and clean. Great amount of space within the room and bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs was really nice with a great variety of drinks.

The position of the tv and bathroom door could cause damage. If the door is open with some force it would smash the tv behind it. WiFi network is too slow.

The host didn’t answer at all; bathroom unheated, dirty underwear forgotten from preceding guest, dirty bathroom, bedside lamp defect, window not openable.

Lovely spacious room, comfy bed, and great rainfall shower. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The road was quiet and there's a CO op within walking distance with a bakery which was great for breakfast. I would stay here again if in the area.

The stairs up to the property are very steep, metal stairs. I had to use them very slowly so as not to fall, and that was without rain or ice. Also the gate at bottom was confusing as it has a code lock but isn't actually locked. This could have been explained better before arrival especially as the staff who helped us didn't know this either.

Lovely stay above a gorgeous bar. The beds were so very comfortable. We also really liked the self check-in process. Super easy!

The loudness from the outside bar just below our bathroom/bedroom windows kept us from a peaceful night's rest. Even though quiet hours were at 2300, there was still very loud converstations past 0430 at night.

Very spacious room and a great location in Southsea. We were going to Victorious Festival so it was a perfect base. The bed was very comfortable, everything was really clean and tidy and the shower was great

The rooms are not linked to the restaurant downstairs, there is a separate gate to the left of the property which goes up and over the outdoor seating area. Seems like the staff at the restaurant are bored of pointing that out! The bottom gate was constantly unlocked/broken which was a slight security concern.
