Special thanks to Ms. Eva, who guided us and made our stay special. It was our group Christmas party, and it was executed well. The villa was awesome.

We need to lessen the noise because some neighbors were complaining, but we understand.

There was no privet pool at the property and the public pool small and far away

The villa is was very nice and clean. The owner Micheal is very kind and flexable. Great group staycation experience, difinately would come back again.

the villa is spacious and cozy, very clean and the host made the experience even better, he was very helpful and friendly. I am sure that this property will be on my top list when I am thinking of going again to RAK

for me everything went well. maybe if a sound system is added to the villa will make it a more attractive destination for groups. but overall the villa has everything you may need in a staycation

Our stay at the villa was very pleasant. The rooms were very clean. As soon as we entered the villa, Ms. Eva guided us and showed us where all the things are kept. The staffs were very helpful. And special mention to our host Mr. Michael who was very kind and polite. After we checked out from the villa, Mr. Michael informed that one wallet was left behind there. It was one of our wallet. And he took the effort to send the wallet to my friend which highly appreciable. We loved the villa and the services and will recommend to our friends as well nd we definitely will be coming back soon. 😊

Just a small suggestion. If the third bedroom upstairs had a attached washroom or a common washroom upstairs would have been convenient.

The villa was amazing! it’s huge, so nicely furnished and feels like home. Location was great and so peaceful. beach and pool are a 2 min walk from the villa. The staff were extremely friendly and allowed us a late checkout.

The pool isn’t private but it wasn’t busy. It was just us and another family.

the bed covers and bellows are very very old need to be changed immediately. need to add extra covers no coffee machine or toaster need moe cups and glasses need to change from private pool to shared pool so you don’t miss lead tenants

The staff was super helpful and friendly. the location was breath taking- it is a walking distance to the beach and the pool was neat and clean everything was taken care of its been my life best experiences. And the villa was mind blowing

Quiet Place New Community Location Backyard for BBQ

The profile says 5 bedrooms when it’s only four bedrooms and only three are proper bedrooms.. the room downstairs is a laundry room with a pull up sofa bed!! I can’t believe that someone advertising in booking.com would lie about the number of rooms that is beyond unethical We booked this premise because it said private pool… Apparently the word private has changed to “walk across the road to a shared pool by all villas” The bed sheets are dusty!! And itchy!! The bathroom shower is a disaster.. basically the drainage is so horribly planned the water reaches the door and requires cleaning after every shower Also No light bulb in the lamps at the bedroom You’d think for 6500 Aed we would get the same amount of bedrooms as advertised.. facilities as advertised.. also the basics that don’t even have to be mentioned Unbelievable I would give zero stars zero if I could I totally don’t recommend this as a spot for your holidays..
