The apartment was spacious, especially for only two people and it was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The balcony overlooked the beach so the location could not have been better. The real estate people were helpful when we collected the key (despite the first set not fitting) but gave us some tips on things to do in the area. We would definitely go again.

The first set of keys we collected from the real estate office did not open the door so we had to return and collect a second set of keys. So pleased we arrived on a Saturday when there was someone in the office and not on a Sunday when we would have had to collect the keys from a keybox. The lounge suite is quite old and the springs have broken so it is not comfortable but the real estate people did mention that the owners are in the process of replacing it. Also, there was only one bedside lamp and since both my husband and I are readers we had to borrow a lamp from another bedroom (which was returned when we left). These are small issues and nothing we couldn't live with.

A beautiful, clean, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom apartment - directly across the road to the beach & only a short distance to the shops.

Location. Clean presentation. Two bathrooms. Open feel. Private parking (1 car). Fully self-contained. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Directly across from beach and coastal walk. Positives far outweigh the negatives.

The balcony furniture needs to be replaced (two of the chairs are wobbly directors chairs). Lock on front door extremely hard to use (also needs replacement). On balcony, the screen door handle snags with the glass door handle, so until you unstick them, they appear to be sealed shut. No locks on a few windows may make some guests uncomfortable. There was no dish scourer and only a very small amount of (manual) dish soap was supplied.
