It was a wonder stay. The home was clean and modern. There was everything we needed plus some. We particularly enjoyed the view from the back porch and the amazingly soft towels. Kasey was quickly reachable when we needed her and had a simple solution to our problem. All around a great stay.

Everything is new, comfortable and just amazing views of the river and surprisingly. no bugs :)

Had some weather related complications prior to checking in but the home-owner helped us in every way she could and made sure we had the best time at the house. Everything about the house was awesome and the huge backyard with a great view was an awesome place to hang out!

This was the perfect location for our recent visit to LR. The neighborhood was clean and safe- we enjoyed walking & running around that area every morning. Having the code on the door made it nice for everyone to come and go as needed. There was ample parking for multiple cars. The house itself was amazing- beautifully done! Having 2 living areas was great for spreading out and the huge island was great for family games! I loved cooking on the huge gas range! Having 3 separate bedrooms with 4 beds (2Q and 2Twin were all very comfortable) was perfect for our family. Having 2 &1/2 baths was nice as well. The bathrooms and kitchen had a little of everything you might need for your stay!! I was pleasantly surprised to find a Band-Aid when I cut my finger one morning- such a nice touch. We loved being on the river- the grass behind the house was well manicured all the way to the water. The guys loved running around playing football and then cooling off in the water afterwards. We only wish we had brought our kayaks to use! I'm not sure we'll have reason to be back in the area, but we'd definitely stay again if we were!

This lovely home had all we needed for a 10 day stay. It was minutes away from the airport and less than 15 minutes from local restaurants, Outlet Mall and downtown. We enjoyed watching the activities on the river - barges, tugboats, etc. The outdoor space was neat and inviting. Inside was roomy and well appointed. Having 2.5 bathrooms was fantastic. No waiting :) Kasey's contact was impeccable. She was super responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again if given the chance.

The place was perfect for 3 couples to relax, sit outside, and enjoy a great view. We loved being close to downtown but not too close.

The house was nice, perfectly decorated and super clean! Great neighborhood and host! We felt so spoiled! Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town.

We came into town to work the tattoo convention and we’re very pleased with this property , it was clean, quiet, and comfortable, also the property manager was amazing great communication I will definitely be booking again for next convention
