Apartment is so much better than staying in a hotel, and had all the comforts one misses when you go away, the weather was bad and so that didn't matter, because staying in a very comfortable apartment made up for that

Lovely apartment in a great location. Although it’s pretty central and close to a huge choice of restaurants, the area is nice and quiet. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment on the ground floor. We really liked the decor and found the apartment to be very comfortable - especially the sofa! We would stay here again.

Glasses and plates were stored quite high on shelves and I struggled to reach them. When I did, the shelf looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Overall the apartment is clean, just perhaps a couple of areas where things have been missed.

The cleaner was helpful

They have deliberately posted the wrong pictures. I reserved one property but was given a completely different one. We required a bath and a double bed, and a garden, all of which were advertised on the pictures. When we arrived it was a basement flat swarming with drain flies. Instead of the "large king size bed" I'd booked, my wife and I were forced to sleep in tiny separate twin beds. The TV receives no channels, rendering it pretty useless. Most of all I'm upset about the false advertising. The whole place is clearly a slapdash money making scheme. Did not feel like a home at all.

Fantastic location. Great view. Incredibly comfortable bed. Beautifully and simply decorated.

Radiator in living room didn't work as control knob was missing and it did get chilly in the evening.

The management were rude and accused us of smoking in the property when that did not take place. All in order to keep the £150 deposit BEWARE.

Paying a security deposit and waiting a week for the refund. Footfall noise from flat above very intrusive while it lasted.
