There was a small issue with the air conditioner not working, however, staff immediately found a resolution. Very happy with my stay

This hotel's owners should not be allowed to take advantage of unsuspecting out-of-town travelers. The rooms are filthy, smelling of mold, and musty old carpets. The lobby, hallways, and the whole building is dated with extremely tired old decor. The furniture, carpet, and drapes are filthy. Extremely loud AC units blowing warm air. Rooms are damp and dirty. Checked in and realized there was no way I could spend the night in this hotel from hell, I immediately returned the key but the manager refused to provide a refund even though I did not use the room.

Property was good the lady who checked us in gray eyes red hair was amazing like absolutely amazing. The breakfast was terrible. My room the sofa bed was broken so first night my daughter slept in chair the ac was warm in both rooms so it was really uncomfortable but other than that hotel good

First room A/C didn’t work and was dirty. We were moved to another room and it was better. Staff in restaurant was rude. We left without eating there. If in the area again, we will not stay there.

This hotel was excellent especially for the price. The bed was the softest I’ve ever had at a hotel, large tv, has dining, pool/hot tub. Pool area is very busy though, tons of families there. Lots of dining and shopping within a mile. We didn’t make it to the “beach” but they said it was about 5 mins away. They were able to accommodate our early check in and later check out.

We stayed there this past weekend for our anniversary for the night. The location was great next to crocker park. However I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! When we arrived around 5 to check-in we were told our room was not ready yet. I originally booked a king size room and instead we got a double queen room. Never once did the staff apologize. When we got to our room the bathroom shower was dirty you could see footprints still in the tub and the room had a musty smell to it. We left around 6 to head over to crocker park we didn't get back to our room until after 1 in the morning. We checked out around 9:45 the next morning. When we got home we noticed we had ants all in our shopping bags and our overnight bag. I've called the hotel several times and no one will get back to me regarding the issues we had at our stay. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone the staff is rude, it's not clean. This is not like any other Hilton we have stayed at.

I had to switch rooms because it was so dirty, dusty, and blotted stains on the bed sheets. The vents were dusty and coated. I asked for a new room and I was given one. The second room, the a/c wasn’t working well and after I showered when I took the towel off the bar the whole metal/plastic bar fell off the wall and struck my foot. Caused me to bleed and bruise. Never got a follow up from the GM like promised. I was given the night for free but that isn’t enough - the place should be CLEAN, it’s a hotel and with that comes trust that I will be comfortable. When I called to tell the front desk about the bleeding foot incident, they sent up a maintenance guy who told me they are in between cleaning staff! He also admitted my a/c was not functional. Still want someone to reach out to me. I shouldn’t be promised something and it not happen. This is not like Hilton at all. On my way back from Chicago, I was getting tired and needed another hotel 3 days later and reluctantly stayed about another DoubleTree in Youngstown, OH. WONDERFUL experience. So I blame the management staff in Westlake OH. You need to take care of your product

I stayed for two weeks, within that two weeks, I had to do laundry. I visited the bar and got $10 in quarters. After washing my clothes using $5 worth of quarters, I left the other $5 worth of quarters on the dresser when leaving for work the following day! Upon returning to my room (205) the money was gone. More importantly, the room had mold on the walls and I was forced to return home early after developing shortness of breath and dizziness. Not sure if the mold contributed to that but it wasn’t worth the $1600 I spent to stay there the two weeks.

It was too far from Cleveland clinic. Things broke in the room like the towel rack just when taking a towel off

Checked in around 2am. Had hooligans across the hall loudly bang on our door 4 times in an row and put their thumb over the peephole. Immediately requested security to escort me and my girlfriend out. Felt my safety was in jeapordy.

The housekeeping staff didn’t appear to care about the property. They didn’t clean our room and the main bathroom in the lobby didn’t have soap or paper towels and some of the stalls didn’t even have toilet paper.

Power wash needed on entrance area, lobby carpets are stained, elevator was out of order, chair in 463 should be thrown out, no shampoo, conditioner, shower gel or lotion, just a very shabby place!

Hello I will call customer service soon about what happened to me on my birthday vacation at this hotel rude ghetto workers don’t respect your privacy room wasn’t clean good I had to wipe stuff down I had to ask for free cookies that you supposed to get when you check in house keepers petting guest dogs then go back to touching sheets and towels without washing hands from touching dog who been outside that’s not right she should have pet the dog washed her hands then work or she just should have kept working and didn’t touch the dog then hotel has five floors with ice machine but only one machine work which is on first floor and my room was on fourth floor

Beautiful atrium with pool. Great breakfast buffet. Clean and comfy.

Some stranger somehow was able to walk into my after the door was secured. This shouldn't be able to happen. Evidently the front desk person gave out my room x 2. I know this because when I tried to re-enter my room the key didn't work like it did the first time.

No one emptied trash in room, no one changed sheets in room, no one changed towels in room after notifying front desk for all of these. Guests were loud up until 2am The shower had no pressure, the tub filled with water and didn’t drain.

Uneventful. Served our singular purpose, a comfortable bed after a full day and the better part of the night out with family.

Great place to stay. Excellent staff, common area and rooms. Room was spacious and well decorated..everything you need in one location. I could live there. Thanks

Large, complimentary parking. Short distance to retail shopping and restaurants. Easy drive to a very nice lakeshore park.

The beds and bathroom were clean. The curtains and the AC unit was pretty gross. It's clear they don't get cleaned. The whole place had a musty smell. The elevators were absolute death traps, but I am recovering from back surgery and couldn't walk up 5 flights of stairs. The pool area smells like straight up mold. The best part about the stay was the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

My car battery died and i didnt have cabels, but the staff did and helped me.

Like easy off access from highway, pet friendly, price. Room coffee maker only had 1 cup, 1 small wastebasket, ice not available no one knew where it was located. Lighting was poor.

I don't usually like posting anything negative, especially when the staff tries hard to help. We stated on the first floor by the pool. The mildew and moisture was terrible. It started to really bother my wife and 6 year old. We had to check out early. The smell was so strong that Febreeze, Baking Soda, Coffee, and Car Fresheners did not help. Other rooms may be better. The staff did their best, but the smell was something they couldn't help with. The hotel was also sold out.

Loved this hotel everyone was amazing

Overall a very decent stay. Only complaint would be room not cleaned once housekeepers pass your room. If you leave your room later, like after 11am they dont circle back around and service the room.

My reservation was cancelled due to a credit card issue without even a courtesy call to me. Manager on duty couldn't have cared less and didn't even offer an apology. It clearly wasn't her problem as far as she was concerned.
