We had a great stay. The property is in a perfect location for Antwerp and the staff were very nice. The hotel is a tiny bit dated for devour but it didn’t bother us at all. Everything was comfortable and well thought out. Would stay again!

Hotel and service was just delightful. We stayed 5 nights. Food is amazing. The hotel is indeed older but it was clean and everything worked fine. We will return.

This hotel is in a great central location. Rooms are big but a bit dated. Quiet rooms, the best fridge we’ve ever had in a hotel, our drinks were kept icy cold throughout. Good size bed. Car parking was very expensive. No hotel discount on parking, no alternative because on street parking is for locals only. Car park seemed very safe, secure and spacious. You can go direct from car park into the hotel. Hotel didn’t seem to have any information for tourists, no maps, points of interest, nothing. Not in the room or reception. Hotel lifts were fast and frequent.

Fabulous hotel and placed in the middle of absolutely everything. Very nice and clean and feels like a five star hotel lobby. Short staffed on all the days we were there, so only one or two people at the desk but it didn't make any difference to us. Totally recommend it.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very good location, parking is easy. Though it would be nice if the hotel had an arrangement with the parking management to have in and out privileges for the hotel guests.
Room was spacious, clean.
Breakfast was great. Lots of choices.
We had lunch there as well, enjoyed surroundings while sited outside.
On check out we asked for 2 bottle of waters as we were heading out and to our surprise Alexander, the front desk clerk, treated us with a small bag of Belgian chocolates in addition to 2 water bottles. Chocolates were so goood! Thank you to Alexander from Bulgaria!

This is THE place to stay in Antwerp. It's the perfect location in the heart of the city and a very nice room with a good firm bed. The morning buffet has everything you could want and then some at a very reasonable price.

Location is fantastic. The condition of the room required a visit to reception to ask for light bulbs to be changed, bathroom amenities to be stocked etc. staff got it sorted in short order. A downside for me is the requirement of the hotel to hold credit on the room for incidentals (€50 p/n) when we had paid in advance - the only hotel we stayed in (of 4) that required this.

Clean hotel ideally located. Stayed there with family and everyone happy with hotel. Only issues we had was cost of parking as Hilton offered no discount on the private car park below hotel. Other issue was we were charged local taxes that were not clear at time of booking.

Bit of a tired hotel. Nice place but not really value for money. They want a crazy 27EUR for breakfast. That’s daylight robbery and worth a miss especially as nice little shop close by.

Checking in took a lot of time due to a cue.
We were nicely informed about all kinds of stuff.
Also needed to pay a 50 eu cash. Why?
I had already paid through expedia?
We also found a pair of ladies knickers in the room, next to the bed. Even though the room wasn't dirty, this still made us feel a bit awkward.

Nice hotel with a great location but the hotel and especially the rooms need a renovation! Everything is worn out.
Employees at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
